Hotshots Sports Bar & Grill is a fun spot with darts, billiards, and a great vibe. We’ve had a blast every time we’ve gone! The drinks are reasonably priced, and the food is top-notch. The only hiccup was a couple of dart machines not working properly, and the customer service was decent but could be improved. Overall, it’s definitely worth checking out for a good time!

I attended a birthday party with about 20 people. Our server did a great job considering we were all scattered around. The food I got was good, I had the traditional wings and a order of fries. Both were hot, although I was disappointed the fries were the coated fries that became popular during COVID. The fries were crispy and seasoned. There were plenty of pool tables and dart boards. The interior was a bit dated and could use some updates especially the mens bathroom. All and all the food was good and the drinks were cold.

Food was very very salty, ordered 2 bowl of chili and a burger that came with chili and cheese, with onion rings but got fries. The waitress did make up for it and bought me out a side of onion rings but they were burnt and dry. I ordered another burger with fries again super salty. I did like your sauce that came on the burger and would have enjoyed if burger was not so salty. My husband had the bourbon burger, he did like his food. I really wasn’t that worried about onion rings but food was way too salty.

The venue has a really cool vibe, and the food on the menu looks delicious. However, I was a bit disappointed with my drink. I specifically like my margaritas on the stronger side, but it seemed a bit too watered down for my taste. To make matters worse, my friend’s drink never showed up at all, which was frustrating. I did notice that our server appeared to be new, so I’m willing to give them the benefit of the doubt this time. Overall, it was an interesting experience, and hopefully, things will improve on my next visit!

Nikki is The most efficient bartender I’ve ever met in my life. She worked the bar with an efficiency that I’ve never seen in my 30 years in the Service industry. it was a busy Saturday night and I had no problem getting drinks. Actually, no one had problem getting drinks. She was the only bartender and I was wondering why there wasn’t two or three bartenders but I could see why because of Nikki. Hot shots could benefit from having another bartender, but Nick wouldn’t make as much money. All hail Nikki!!

I know it’s a BAR, but HOLY HELL the girls who work there need a lesson in how to wait tables!! I ordered a cheeseburger with tater tots and got a cold burger with fries. I asked for mayo and got bleu cheese dressing. I told her that there was something wrong the soda, had to go get my own new one because she never came by to check on us. The manager was standing at the bar when my husband got up to get his own drink twice and never said ANYTHING to him, like sorry man let me get your server. Tried to pay for with my credit card for over 15 minutes, she NEVER came back by!! Thank goodness I had enough cash on me to cover the check!!! So, SAD we used to LOVE HOT SHOTS food and service, now it’s GROSS!!

My friend and I went there on Sunday and sat at a table. We watched the two workers sitting at a table on their phones. One was in fuzzy slippers. They wouldn’t get up and greet us so we had to go to the bar for our drinks. The bartender made us our drinks and ensured we would get served. When we finally ordered and got our wings and fries they were fresh and crispy.
