To start, the soup was amazing, I had the tortilla soup and it was off the charts. I ordered the Cajun Alfredo pasta, it was pretty bad ngl. The dish it’s self was kind of unflavorful, the veggies were uncooked and cold, and it wasn’t very spicy for cajun. My girlfriend ordered the American style burger (medium) and it was average, no complaints. Good atmosphere but I would just order the soup for takeout next time.

I was pleasantly surprised when my husband and I stopped here for lunch at 1:15. It was really busy, but this was Saturday afternoon too. I wasn’t sure what to expect because service tends to be terrible at most places anymore at both sit down and fast food restaurants. Fortunately, service was fantastic for us! The server checked on us several times, every worker I saw stayed busy with cleaning up tables and the floor or helping with getting orders out. The food was very good, my husband loves the reuben sandwich here so that is what he usually orders and I tried the mushroom swiss burger. Portions and flavor of the food was great. I appreciate the hard work from everyone that was working while we were there. I wish all restaurants ran like this all the time.

Food was ok, menus were sticky, broccoli wasn’t fresh and tasted weird, my wifes salad had wrong dressing, steak was under-cooked properly, server Sarah needs more training on memorization and multi-tasking, majority of employees need a lesson in proper work attire, personal grooming and smiling more, Ava taking over for Sarah was great. Thank you Ava, keep up the great customer service and satisfaction. I haven’t been to this restaurant in 10 years and wasn’t very impressed.

The food was not the best. Steak was not cooked right, and my burger was a little under cooked. The pretzels’ sticks were really good. Also, they might think about not placing people close to the door on cold days. I understand when the place is full, but to place a elderly couple by the doors where the cold air was coming in was inappropriate so much they asked to be moved.

I ordered an appetizer but it wasn’t ordered by the waitress so when everyone else’s was brought out mine wasn’t. I had to ask about mine so I ended up canceling the appetizer at that point. My friend wanted to order a second drink and rather than asking what she wanted, she was given the same drink as before. She had wanted a different drink but took the one she was given due to how slow everything was. The service was just completely lazy. It started off by not giving half the table straws, then forgetting an entire appetizer, then not asking what adult beverage was actually wanted. Everything was slow! It took forever to get our drinks, way too long for appetizers, and even longer for our meal. Even getting a table took forever, despite many tables being open and them not being busy. We were there two hours for a simple lunch! I was reminded why I’ve not eaten here in 15 years. The food was good, but not worth the hassle. I had planned to order my husband lunch to go, but I decided to get him lunch elsewhere due to poor service and lengthy kitchen waits. They missed out on nearly $30 between the appetizer and lunch for my husband. I won’t be back, nor will I encourage anyone to patronize this establishment.

Stopped for dinner today 10/21/25. Server was polite but now very attentive. Drinks were good. Appetizer (nachos) was great and a huge serving, which was good because the main meals were mediocre at best. I got the lemon herb salmon with rice pilaf and broccoli. Everything was bland and dry. And just had no flavor. Couldn’t really eat it.
My husband got steak, baked potato and broccoli. Steak was over done, potato and broccoli was very dry. No flavor. It was all disappointing.
$68 for a subpar meal.
