I’m sitting in Wendy’s right now enjoying French fries and chili as I watch the going-ons at the counter. This is a phenomenal Wendy’s because of the employees. The food is fresh and hot, the employees friendly and professional. I highly recommend this Wendy’s location.

I ordered through DoorDash tonight. I got spicy chicken sandwich combo with large cheese fries, 6 piece nuggets with bbq sauce and Hi-C. When I got my delivery, the bag felt very light. I went to open it to only find my nuggets and fries that literally had like 3 strings of cheese no joke. Was kinda disappointed because I wanted the sandwich but it was missing.

I guess shame on me for attempting to go back to this Wendy’s when I pretty much knew it was gonna suck. This time I didn’t even order because they seemed so annoyed that I was even there. No wonder it looks like a ghost town over there cause your gonna get attitude for even going. Clear instructions, plenty of prep time, and still wrong. The kids’ meal was supposed to be just a hamburger. Bun and meat only and they couldn’t manage that. My chicken sandwich was plain instead of fully dressed, and everything was cold.
I’ve worked in food service before, so this has nothing to do with being busy or the kitchen being chaotic. This is about not reading the ticket and not caring enough to get the order right.

Ugh, you would not believe what just happened. I drove twenty minutes to pick up an order I’d already placed, arriving a solid ten minutes before they were supposed to close. To my absolute surprise, the store was locked up tight and completely shut down. There was no one around, no sign, nothing to explain why they were closed early. It’s so frustrating when you make a special trip and they’re just not there.

The employees are so rude for no reason, I was looking at the tenders but chose to order nuggets, and when I ordered I accidentally said “can I get the 10pc tenders” and the guy on the com said “10tenders? We don’t have that we have 3 or 4.” When I went to correct myself he talked over me and said “let’s try this again 3 or 4 tenders.” I said “I meant the 10 piece nuggets, I’m sorry.” He told me my total and when I got to the window he was looking in my car while I was getting my money together, I asked him the total just to make sure and before I gave him my money he threw my change in my hand. When I pulled up to the next window he was closing the other window and said “no I said 20 dollars.” I got so much attitude just for being a little confused, and as a food service worker that is something I’m not comfortable with, especially when dealing with the general public.

Went up here tonight and ordered a $6.00 biggie with a chicken with a BLT. MY chicken was fried way toooo hard. I struggled with my first bite. The sad thing is that these fools are completely aware of what they are serving but act dumbfounded, and that’s what makes me furious. Every time I come here they food is always hard, cold, and nasty. I would go elsewhere for a couple of months, then come back, hoping they got it together. Nope, prove me wrong every time. These Wendys need to be burned down to the ground or get new management and cooks because they are literally single-handed robbing people. My daughter likes the chili, and that’s the ONLY REASON why I waste my time. I also forgot to add that with my nuggets. They only gave me three, not four. Who does that? Update: Months later, as soon as I opened my burger, a long piece of hair cooked in the burger. What is sad is that it’s another review saying that they found hair in their food, too. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE that they are serving people this. The picture is down below. The manager John was nonchalant about it and didn’t even seem to care. How are you a manager. No hair nets , place dirty, workers don’t even look like they care what they serve. Everyone is just there for a paycheck. I told my daughter she would have to make due without going there because we won’t be back.

On each of our sandwiches, there is 1 tiny onion. Like really.. cmon ya’ll. Do better. They’re also sloppy made. It wasn’t even busy when we were there smh.

This company truly cares about its customers and this location has some issues with placing condiments ordered and plastic food girls, spoons, knives in takeout bags but also has several very nice employees doing a very hard job with dedication and nice effort too!
Had some issues, but all were taken care of there!
This location is a cut above the rest, go to this one for now and if any changes, updates will be thoroughly provided!
Sandwiches need the cheese melted just a wee bit more lass’ and laddys’! Minor fix, easy ⏩ to do and be a top place to go for all hungry!
Will change the photos ASAP to better food photos when excellent food is received! ️ ⏩
Their fries need to be #crispy, not #burned with too many small pieces not soggy. A minor fix for them!
