This Sonic is one of the few that still feels like it’s run by people who actually care.

The food comes out hot, fresh, and made the way you ordered it — not slapped together and tossed in a bag. Drinks are mixed right, ice is perfect, and the wait time is surprisingly fast even when they’re busy.

The carhops are friendly, polite, and don’t act like you’re bothering them by showing up. You can tell there’s real teamwork happening behind the scenes. Orders are accurate, napkins and sauces are in the bag, and the whole place feels organized instead of chaotic.

It’s clean, well-lit, and just an overall good experience every time you pull in.

This location reminds you why people love Sonic in the first place.

Every single time I come here, my order is incomplete. Not one time has my order been fulfilled. Because I know they will never give me even 1 sauce packet I always order 3-4 through the app. If I order 1 sauce packet they give me 0. If I order 4 sauce packets they give me 1. This time I wasn’t given any sauces, when I asked for the correct amount of sauce packets they try to charge me for what I already ordered and for what is already rung up on my receipt. When I tried to explain that I already ordered the sauce and that you cannot charge me for what my order is already missing the oh so kind gentleman on the microphone ignored me and cut me off. 1/10 Customer service 1/10 experience do not come to this location.

First off I’m just gonna say sonic head quarters is wrong for giving an option for locations to participate in a coupon give away for TEACHERS receiving a free drink. It defeats the purpose honestly because who is driving around to Sonic’s to beg for something they are giving out! Secondly, hire competent workers and people who aren’t rude in their delivery! Lastly, why ask to verify a coupon you’re just gonna say you don’t participate in. I’ve already called cooperate I will certainly be a Karen today!

Very disappointed. My SUPER sonic breakfast burritos arrived as SNACK burritos. My $5 dragon fruit redbull refresher arrived just redbull and sprite. I sent it back and it came back to me a little pinker but next to no ice in it. Then the manager came out when I complained. She just said they follow the recipes to a T at this location and that portion size is common complaint. So i went to Casey’s because I was obviously still hungry. The breakfast burrito from Casey’s was twice the size and half the cost. After spending $15 and leaving still hungry and thirsty, I’ll not be returning to this location.

I was very disappointed.. I got 3 meals.. the ft long chili ch hot dog meal with tots.. was fine..I got the 5 piece chicken tender meal with “ch fries” those were disgusting, all they did was melt wat looks like a slice of ch over them n I requested bbq sauce for my tenders n didn’t get them . The other was a happy meal for my granddaughter that was alright..but ur carhop was amazing thxs Lauren !

Food was Deeeeelicious! Jessica H. the Assistant Manager here came out to make sure our orders came out correctly checked if we needed anything, professional friendly fast quality service two #3’s to perfection 217 Air Depot Midwest City Ok Chk#648 first time I see a manager come out to check on a stall drive in customer person taking my order super friendly I think she was new. Had a good experience here. Shout out Air Depot keep up the good work! Ordered again before leaving chk666

**STAY AWAY*** The Absolute Worst Sonic in Oklahoma!!! My original order was old and cold. I was told a fresh one would be made. And another old and cold burrito was brought out to me. The mamager came out so I asked for a refund to be placed back on my card. They brought me cash. And told me that it’s out of their control. They have no way of putting money back on a card, I refused the cash. Worst experience ever at SONIC and a waste of my 30 minutes. After leaving I decided to get Braums, with the cash I was refunded, Sonic owed me $5.68, I got $4.58. They decided to keep a dollar!!!!!!!! I wondered why she gave me all 1 dollar bills, and didn’t bring me a $5 bill and change???
