Service is terrible takes so long to get my food out itd already cold. I ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin with extra cheese and all they did was a Sausage mcmuffin with extra cheese .
On top of this, I ordered on the kiosk and paid on my kiosk and I waited like 20 minutes for my very small order. I went up to them and asked them and they told me they can’t do anything about it? I didn’t get a recipient or anything. The worst mcdonalds out there. The staff is slow and the manager working in the morning wasnt helpful all she said was she couldnt do anything about it.

Customer threw slushie on my child, it was an accident and we did get a replacement but I can’t understand how! They also refused to let us use the restroom claiming they were not allowed to open them up! 1st McDonald’s I honestly do not like and I think it’s BECOUSE we walked it today. MY KIDS LEFT CRYING THATS SAD! FOOD WAS ALSO VERY COLD AND NONE OF THE COFFEE OR FRAPPES WERE BEING SERVED AT THE MOMENT IT WAS 4-5 PM

I’ve had the worst experience at this particular McDonald’s every time I visit. They consistently serve me burnt McChicken sandwiches, which is why I rarely go back. However, I occasionally give them another chance, hoping things will improve, but they never do. I’d rather drive to a farther McDonald’s than return to this one. One late-night visit was especially strange – someone spoke through the speaker, but it turned out the restaurant was closed, which was a bit scary this place could be haunted. i always have a bad experience at this place.

I visited this McDonald’s and was really DISAPPOINTED with the service. The staff seemed rude and uncommunicative — just staring and acting like it was their first day on Earth. I ordered 3 meal deals and asked for extra sauce, and was told it would be $.25 per sauce. I decided not to make a scene and walked away. When I checked my bag, the sauces that are supposed to come with the meals weren’t even included. Overall, the experience was unfriendly, standoffish, and not welcoming at all. Serve people how you would want to be served please and thank you.

Came to drive thru, they said order was taking a while so go park in front by reserve. Went to park there. In 20 mins no one came. Came inside to ask for order. Turns out they forgot so they have to make my order again. Wasted time.

Just did mobile order for my girls for after school snacks . They had a deal for the Oreo pies and apple pies . Bad idea. We get home and check the bags . We see enjoy by 11am on the Oreo pies. Like what the hell it’s after 3pm how is that still being sold after holding time has expired. It got thrown away. Do better McDonald’s.

I mostly use Drive Thru and the app. The drive thru is fine, but the app is very slow. My last order took 30 minutes from the confirmation of the order to fulfillment. I went into the store, because I was waiting so long. I saw the drive through go from busy to empty while I waited. They had no explanation for me. A few times back, I ordered, and when I arrived they told me they were closed. This has become frustrating.

The employees were rude. Manager was not in compliance with my rights of having a service dog in the building. I ordered a mccrisp deluxe and I was told that they were out of the mccrisp so I asked them to for a mchicken deluxe instead. They agreed to make me that instead. I told the lady behind the counter several times that I would like a side of ranch and even reminded her of that when she was asking if we wanted ketchup and etc. we got our orders to go and when we got to the car to eat our food, we noticed that we didn’t get anything right. My chicken sandwich was not even anything close to a deluxe. No cheese, no tomato, hardly any lettuce. There wasn’t any ranch sauce in the bag, so I went in there to tell them that I was not pleased with it and all they had to say was we are out of the missing items and she placed a single slice of cheese on it and gave it back. I had 4 items on my order and got charged damn near $40 for food that was not worth eating! Very disappointed and displeased with the service and employees
