Stay away from this location. Anything can go wrong in your veggie delight subway WILL go wrong here. Almost no filling of veggies though requested “more” while placing the order in the app, no giardineira at all though had requested in special instructions, and flaky breads! About an inch from both ends was totally empty without any veggies. None of the special requests were followed. Not sure whether a very poor training or mentality or both! First time I ordered from here via app, and it will be for sure my last time!!

Everytime I get food from this location it is wrong. Ordered a philly steak sandwhich and received it cold and missing ingredients. The cucumbers are slimey and obviously old. I won’t be going there any longer. Huge disappointment

I got a 6 inch veggie sub (with only cheese, a little lettuce, tomatoes, onions, peppers and chipotle sauce) and I was charged almost $8… I didn’t ask for anything extra, no drink, and no chips. I go to other Subways very often and my order is always around $5.50 and this is in the city.

Went to this store close to my home with a coupon which was not as it stated – they would only allow the cheaper priced sandwich. Instead of $5.99 for a footlong as the coupon I wanted to use didn’t work. The BLT footlong was only at full price for $8

Guy working there in a rude manner says they don’t accept coupons after they made my sandwich and I was about to pay -I show them subway coupon that comes in the mail , worker says they don’t accept coupons I ask why ? No answer . Coupon says – “reedeemable at participating u.s. restaurants” but there’s no sign in there store that says they don’t accept coupons so it’s b.s. I was at jewel so I thought I’d stop by at this subway since it’s next door and I wanted subway , but I always go to the subway in streamwood and will just go there from now on. They accept coupons in the mail and on there app! Awesome Ppl that work there are very friendly unlike this subway location

Myself and spouse went to Subway in Streamwood Il The location is on Irving Park Road. Customers can pick what kind of bread do you want like 6 inch or foot long. The staff will ask customers do want the bread to be toasted when the bread is toasted the staff will ask customers do you want lettuce, Tomato,, green onions, olives and different kinds of sauces. The sandwiches names are The boss, Pizza sub.

There is a Hispanic lady working here right now 5/16/22 at 9:22am and her attitude STINKS… very bad customer service, I think she mad I walked On her cleaning, I interrupted her in finishing… she slapped my meat in the middle of my foot long, I asked could she spread the meat, she breathe really loud n spreading the meat agresssively, I’m like whoa r u ok? U ignores, she then slaps my cheese in 1 spot n I told her the cheese isn’t on the whole sandwich she gets mad n snatches cheese to put in right spots I’m like ummm u need to fix ur attitude if u plan on working with the public..after that I was rushed..she didn’t offer veggies to put on, I had to stop her from trying to ring me up cuz she really was trying to skip everything. Next time I’ll just stop by the subway close to my job not my home.
