WORST order pickup ever in the history of order pickup. I will never visit this store again.

I thought ordering on the app will be faster but this was the longest pickup because the order was not made until I was there and it took me about 15minutes to walk there after ordering. Would have been better to order in person and the cashier was also serving so it took about 4 minutes without a queue to be spoken to.

The servers are the slowest I have ever seen. They didn’t apply my offer to the order. My coffee tastes bad and not what I ordered.

When I complained the lady who made it felt it is the right thing without looking at my order entirely. She left the caramel syrup and whip cream. I felt like a beggar asking for things I have already ordered an paid for via the app.

And the last thing, the egg had egg shells. I had to spit it out in public which was very embarrassing. I ordered bacon, egg and cheese .

I am not sure what to say again because this is the worst experience ever. I couldn’t enjoy my breakfast in piece even after the hustle of getting it thanks to the almighty shells.

⭐ Uncomfortable experience — I left without ordering
I walked in and was not greeted at all. No hello, no acknowledgment—just a dark look that immediately made me feel unwelcome
The energy was so off that I honestly felt like an outsider, like I wasn’t even supposed to be there to spend money.
I actually asked the woman behind the counter if she was okay, and the response I got back made things even more uncomfortable. At that point, I decided I wasn’t ordering anything.
I needed to use the bathroom pretty badly, but the atmosphere made me so uneasy that I didn’t even want to ask
I left and went to Tim Hortons on Kenmore Street instead, where I was greeted and treated like a human being ☕
First impressions matter. This one was bad enough that I chose to leave entirely.

I’d give 0 stars if I could.

The staff barely seems to understand English, I was asking if the everything bagel had sunflower seeds (an allergen for me) and she kept responding “yes you want the everything bagel breakfast sandwich, yes?” Also when I ordered an oat milk latte, she could not understand what I was asking for. I do not have an accent, I speak slowly and clearly, this was a problem of her understanding, unfortunately.

Went thru the drive thru and ordered ice cap and ham and Swiss. By the time I noticed I was too far to turn back.

The ice cap was sour, (your machine needs to be cleaned) and all the lettuce on the sandwich was wilted and brown, and I believe some of the bread had mold as one of the corners was missing.

No excuse to serve food like this! Not happy.

We came through the drive through and ordered two coffees, omelette bites and avocado toast – the food was not ready so we were asked to come inside the store and pick it up by Rumi. We said, it’s okay we will wait a few minutes and she started yelling at us and disrespecting us and said: “Ok you want uncooked food? Let me go get the uncooked food for you!” Completely unprofessional behavior by Rumi. Ridiculous.

I’ve never seen such a rude customer service representative before. She was in so much rush while taking my order as if it was for free. I kept mentioning “Roasted hazelnut cold brew” she just made me a cold brew coffee with add on hazelnut flavor. Despite asking for clarification when I saw it wrong on the screen, she rushed me to the order pickup counter from drive thru. When I got it from her, I said it was wrong, without listening, she basically threw these words in Hindi – “Are you indian?” “I figured that from your voice”
I’m never going to this tim Hortons location again. Such a disappointment in early morning. Spoiled my entire day.

Employee who took my order was ill mannered

The service here is poor and how the worker prepared your order is poor. They rush your order while at the drive-thru and when you get to the window it’s not what you ordered. The lady/Arabian is always rude and doesn’t listen. She is the worst and the way she communicates with her staff. They are worse than Tim’s on Kensington! No gloves and one point you just want to leave. Just rude and nasty! I won’t be back! I would rather spend my money at Starbucks for respect and better service Tim Horton used to be great until they started this mess!

Too many times has this placed messed up my order. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese and got a bacon and cheese, unbelievable that I have to start checking the sandwiches now before I leave. This isn’t the first time they get my order wrong it happens all too often. They’re also inconsistent with their quality and quantity of food: sometimes I get 6 hash browns sometimes I get 5 and sometimes they’re broken apart mush (idk how someone even dares serve this) and most of the time they’re hard and inedible. Despite their repeated mistakes, they do offer quick service.
