This is my favorite seafood restaurant. The drinks are great; Tommi is a great bartender and server. The watermelon margarita’s were made to perfection. Karaoke night was also fun!

Visiting from Florida and decided to try this place because of its 4.7 rating and 2,700+ reviews. Unfortunately, this was the most disappointing dining experience I’ve had all year.
Maybe their broiled items are better, but the fried food was extremely poor. The calamari was greasy and overcooked, and the catfish basket was soggy with oil, lacking flavor, and mostly breading instead of fish. I also do not recommend the crabmeat roll — it was mostly a thick layer of lettuce with a small amount of minced crab, smothered in remoulade.
Service was also not great. Our server seemed disengaged, and another staff member made it clear she wasn’t interested in taking more tables, even though it was only 8:45 p.m. and the restaurant doesn’t close until 10.
Overall, I was very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend.

Best place for celebrations ! The manager was super friendly and really look after the customers! You won’t go wrong picking this place for get togethers, the food is par excellence and service is top notch!

Let me start off by saying this… Super S/O to both the manager Rhachelda and our server Devonne for their amazing custome service. We were well over 25 family members and they gave us top flight service. Everything from the service, food to the music to the karaoke, my family had a blast. It was like a small family reunion.. Hook & Reel did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was fun and welcoming, and the staff was super attentive. The seafood was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right. I ordered a seafood boil and the flavor was insane. The sauce was rich, spicy, and buttery without being overwhelming, and everything was still hot and juicy when it came out.
Portion sizes were generous for the price, and you can really tell they don’t skimp on quality. The crab legs cracked easily, the shrimp were plump, and the sides paired perfectly with the meal. This is definitely one of those places you come to when you’re craving real, satisfying seafood.

I had so much at this location! The happy hour changed from 3-7pm to 12 to 7pm!!! Which is so great. My food was amazing, the vibe itself was wonderful. I had went on a night they had karaoke and I had a ball. 10/10 I would definitely be back ☺️

Good seafood experience! Anthony was our server and he was awesome! Very attentive. We went on a Saturday surprisingly it was not busy but a decent crowd. On Saturday 5:30-10pm they have a few drinks specials and lively music (the Long Island is strong!!!) .our food was fresh and hot! I love the team work of their crew. Thank you to everyone who made our dining experience wonderful. This is a definite return.
