Spectacular lunch, I had grilled shrimp grilled cheese sandwich with tomato bisque. It’s not on the menu, but was the meal of the day. As gooof a sandwich that I have had. My wife hat shrimp skewers and green beans. She was impressed. Our waiter Jonah was attentive and cordial with great advice.

I was visiting and saw that AJ’s offered FREE plates for Thanksgiving, with the option to donate to a local children’s charity. The service was great, the food was decent and there was karaoke after. I absolutely love the vibe inside! All in all a very enjoyable Thanksgiving !

We went in knowing there were some bad reviews, but decided to give it a try anyway. The free shots given to us when we walked in should have been a red flag!
We came in, group of 8, no wait for bigger table. Got drink service right away! However, our bucket of beer had three cans that were literally WATER! We witnessed a Reverse Jesus moment And one of the replacement cans came with a splinter that hurt my friends lip!
The environment was soooo loud.
Two groups came in next to us and left without getting served.
We couldn’t split the bill more than three ways.
My Wagyu smash sliders were not smash burgers. Very thick and I could only get one down.
My friend couldn’t wat more than one bite of
her grouper sandwich, it was drenched in oil.
Another sandwich was served cold.
The scallops were dime sized.
One beer was served in a cup that was lopsided and I’m shocked it didn’t spill over when served.
Won’t recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Went here for a night out with a bachelorette group. There was a $10 cover to get in. They alternated between band and dj all night. The band was mid. There is a wide range of ages/types here which I appreciated. I would say anyone would feel pretty welcome here. Definitely a lot of Bachelorette parties.

Such a neat experience! Very quiet and felt very rustic. The bartender was very pleasant and the food was great. The other patrons were kinds and seems to be having a nice time. We will definitely go back.

We dined twice yesterday at AJ’s! For lunch we had the Navy bean and ham soup and also a cup of gumbo. Man it was good! For dinner we had oyster bar happy hour (about $12 per dozen raw). The prime rib was discounted too and they were both great! My compliments to both the chef and the oyster shucker!!
