The customer service at this McDonald’s is by far one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. We waited at the drive thru speaker for a few minutes and no one helped us. Pulled up to the first window and the person standing there walked away when they saw us. We then have to pull up to the second window and wave down someone inside to get help. We placed an online order which also wasn’t ready when we got there. The food at this location is decent but the customer service makes it an awful experience and not worth coming to.

Food here is always wonderful and usually so is the staff. Today was no different from the front window employee super kind young lady who made sure we got the right order. Once we reached the second window a woman (whom I assume is the manager due to her black shirt) who persistently tried to hand us the wrong food and once we clarified it wasn’t ours she rolled her eyes and asked for our receipt which we didn’t have due to the fact it was a mobile order. She then rapidly read off our order which I hadn’t gotten the chance to realize we were missing an item. I was willing to purchase said missing item but instead she passed us half our order and told us to pull up. At the final window a very kind man helped us out. The service is usually impeccable so this was quite disappointing. I hope this woman improves cause this store is a wonderful experience without her attitude. I’ve worked in fast food for years so I know her behavior represents the store and that’s not a good look for the other hard working employees there. Especially because the young lady was running drive thru intercom, taking money and directing customers was able to tell us our order correctly and concisely while being kind and patient.

Terrible. Literally ignores special requests that I pay extra for. And rush you when ordering. Especially dread dealing with this one black lady who is rude. Can someone else take the orders please? And try to get the food right?

s/o Isaac specifically, he was ON IT during a specific busy trip. I went inside and waited for my food, which was maybe 10-15min total, and Isaac was on register, cleaning tables, sending out orders all with a smile and kind words. 10/10 but Isaac makes it 11/10

Quality service at this location depends on time of day/how busy they are. Some of the younger staff tend to lose their patience with customers when they get overwhelmed. The food is good if it hasn’t been sitting under the warmer for too long. Make sure to ask for fresh fries at the least.

Food most of the time accurate, service and the atmosphere can definitely use some work. Employees greet you on the other hand managers and such seem to have an attitude in the mornings. Unbelievable honesty no manners at all.

So when you order with a kiosk you are supposed to get your complete order delivered to the table with the corresponding number, yeah that didn’t happen here. Also no napkins when i got my order for dine in, and had to go get my drink and step away from the table, if i jave to specify what soda drink i want i would think they would be able to complete that part of the order too…..yeah this team doesn’t really care about their customers inside
