I have never had a bad experience at Wendy’s nor do I review things but they where so rude and disrespectful, plus the food was so bad. The chicken was dry and the fries where cold and un salted. I had to drown my food in ketchup just so I can taste something. Plus I ordered 3 ranchs which they charged me 50 cents a piece and didn’t even give me the ranch. I will never go back to this Wendy’s.

I got here at 9:30 doors already locked and the person on the drive-thru speaker says it will be about fifteen minutes for everything they have on the menu as they are “cooking to order” it’s 9:45 and I am still sitting in the drive thru waiting on the food… It was a ten piece nugget meal and a nugget kids meal.. still no food. Still waiting. Who cares what the quality of food is.. if it was coated in 24k gold dust it still wouldn’t be worth a fifteen minutes wait.. it’s Wendy’s!! Come on people… I understand you want to go home and you want to close up but.. how about we do our jobs until it’s actually time to close??? Also… I’m just a delivery driver.. this isn’t even my food. Just ugh. Ordering and receiving food here is painful.

Picked up this delivery order from Wendy’s tonight. I asked them if they could fill the drink the rest the way up when I seen it. They said no, and just stuck a sticker on top of it They said that the customer asked for a large and they were out Of larges, so that’s just what they get. The girl was trying to be helpful, but the dude that prepared it was rude and Unwilling to provide any service to make the problem.

Told to pull up to wait for fresh food, 15 minutes later we were handed hamburgers so cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted and patties so hard, it’s like they had to been sitting for hours! Fries cold and mushy and semi warm nuggets! First time in my life ever having EVERYTHING be terrible at a Wendy’s!

Went through the drive thru later at night, but still more than an hour before close. Made it to the window and paid, got asked to pull forward. An employee came out to confirm what I ordered and when I got the food it was still wrong.

Dirty, nasty professionalism establishment that’s been absolutely run into the ground the past couple of years. Don’t waste your time with drive thru, if they get behind or have anything beyond a perfect morning you risk being ignored for minutes on end. Come in to see a bunch of girls standing around with no interior diners moving slower than molasses. Used to be a solid Wendy’s, needs new leadership and a new team.

The Wendy’s at the Pilot truckstop is absolute garbage. The restaurant was hot. The dining room was messy. Did a mobile order for a kids hamburger meal with extra ketchup only. Took three times to get the order right. Fries were cold as well. The only reason I stayed to get the order right was because the meal was for my 4 year old and he only eats Wendy’s and we were on the road traveling. The young lady behind the counter with red hair was nice and apologetic, but the white male with blonde hair had an attitude. Pitiful.
