Order # 962887 placed an online order at 10 15 didn’t receive it until 11:30. The prep table lady with the boneless dirty dreads had a bad attitude because it was a big order. She kept making rude remarks like omg why is it so many tacos. I expected nothing less coming from someone who looks just as bad as her attitude. If you don’t want to make tacos maybe not apply at Taco Bell. I wouldn’t recommend ordering anytime she is there. Food was horrible wet and falling apart. Definitely getting a refund. The young lady in drive thru , the gentleman on grill and the manager were nice tho.

After waiting 20 minutes for my food, it was completely messed up, and I had to come back up and wait another 15 minutes in line to get my food, which was cold and made wrong. Very frustrating. It also was clear they were having you wait at the ordering speaker and pull up once your food is ready to make it look as if they complete orders quickly, and don’t take 20 minutes. The employee was very nice at the window, though!

If you ever see this Taco Bell JUST KEEP DRIVING. I HAVE NEVER HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE HERE AND LAST NIGHT DID IT FOR ME !!!. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE‼️ The service was rude and the food was super horrible. I went for a nacho fry box. We were the only ones in line and were being rushed maybe because they was closing in an hour idk either way there were like 3 people on the mic trying to take the order getting everything confused to where he had the audacity to get an attitude and sarcastic tone when you are saying something to me that I didn’t ask you so I had to speak in that before even actually placing my order which when I did so the other person on the mic spoke so fast that I wasn’t even sure of what I ordered anymore at this point which was a number 7 with steak quesadilla and taco and the craving box that came in a million bags that included a chalupa nacho fries and cheese sauce a Doritos taco and whatever bean burrito they put in . So we get to the window get our food gooo alll the way home which is about 15 mins away at 12:55 i get to my food and the pictures really just speak for themselves. I CALLED THE RESTAURANT OFC NO ANSWER BECAUSE THEY CLOSE AT 1. If they didn’t want to work an hour before closing obviously based on my food I knew I wasn’t getting an answer on the phone lbs. The taco with the quesadilla had nothing but toppings and a shell like did y’all run out of food?? First off the nacho fry was half filled like really that’s wild. But the wildest part is getting an almost empty burrito and a chalupa that the shell wasn’t even cooked on no topping or meat hardly on my food at all. OVERALL I NEVER WANT TACO BELL AGAIN DUE TO THIS EXPERIENCE
