My mother, may she continue to rest in peace, loved Arby’s! Whitehall mall was always her favorite-no longer inside
A beef n cheddar fan until she could no longer swallow food. When she moved west, and would come back to visit, this Fogelsville location was her favorite place to meet to see my daughter. What else could she ask for?! a gathering with her grandchildren (I lived locally), an Arby’s, Long John Silvers, and Cracker Barrel – perfectly based near hotels and the highways.
I detest this Arby’s location in Fogelsville. The last two times I ordered food here, the orders were messed up, I got overcharged, and my order was always lacking something, and we are not talking about the taste-completely. If you order a French dip, good luck finding something to dip it in! The term “Au jus” confuses them. Now, I know it is not made fresh when you order it, but you cannot find a microwave or pot for the stove to heat it? No, they still do not know what it is. So much for the “French dip” here in Fogelsville!!! You just don’t have it. The last time I was here, they way overcharged me through the app, did not have everything with my order, we’re missing complete ingredients, And we’re not willing to work with me to fix the order. They sent me a card to get a free meal. I figured, I will give them the benefit of my doubt -as they were trying, to make up for it.
Fast-forward to Today I stopped by to get my free meal. I stood in Arby’s for 10 minutes, listening to the two employees ‘yappity yapping yap yapping’ and just overall not caring if a customer existed. I cleared my throat several times, I talk to myself as usual, even commenting about what I might order. I cleared my throat. said excuse me, got a few napkins, coughed into my elbow, excuse myself again, asked “is anyone working here“. And still, no one came to the counter.- they continued to hold their own private conversation in the back. I told Arbys I would never return to this location again, and this Arby’s sent me a card for a free meal to try to make it better, Good luck! Arby’s, I will never ever ever ever ever try to order any food from your Fogelsville location! To corporate, will never ever ever give you another chance here! You should just shut it down! I will need to drive a half hour to get my free Arby’s meal, but to the world out there… Arby’s does have good food and if you want it, they have one in Whitehall near Walmart. They may be slow there, but at least they know you exist, and you can get food. No wonder Arby’s is considered the worst of the worst on the fast food chain.

We stopped by on our way and ordered a meat &3 combo online and added a fish sandwich while at drive thru for pick up, food is warm and fresh and best of all the Arby’s locations we tried, drive through lady who took our order is so nice and added our request too. Overall it’s a very good fast food experience we had on a while.

My husband and I taste-tested all of the fast food in the Lehigh Valley (Friday night during COVID.) Arby’s has some of the very best specialty sandwiches, curly fries, shakes and soda options. Their staff is also routinely extremely pleasant.

While I was here this time they had a new peach cobbler roll. I highly recommend it for dessert

Well they might respond to your review, but clearly they don’t correct anything. Gave them multiple chances and each time something was wrong. Today, they gave us the wrong sandwich, and admitted they knew they grabbed the wrong one when packing the order. Does that mean they just hoped we wouldn’t know that the sandwich we overpaid for was even smaller than what we ordered? While I was waiting, the angry woman doing drive thru saw multiple people standing at the counter waiting and said loudly “I’m doing drive thru and not going to the counter.” And proceeded to take drive thru orders while the line grew. Then she was complaining she was supposed to leave at 11:00, but it was currently 11:20. It may be fast food, but I expect to get what I ordered and not have to listen to people complain about customers inconveniencing them. Food was enjoyable each time, after wasting my time getting it figured out. And they weren’t special requests or anything. Just 2 regular meals.

It’s kind of depressing to come here now. This was previously a shared location with Ling John Silver’s in the other half of the building, but LJS is closed and that half of the restaurant is dark and deserted now. Really weird. Anyways, the workers were friendly but it took a long time to get our food and there wasn’t anyone else waiting for food besides the drive-thru. The restaurant was clean enough inside but the parking lot was a bit dirty. Our food was pretty good but the new loaded fries were gross. ( Barbecue sauce on them was not good. ) My wife had a milkshake and it was really good.

Your heart should never sink or a lump in your stomach when you go to order your food I don’t know what all the commotion is. I tried to order off the app. I asked for lettuce and tomatoes. There seem to be a big deal about that and also asking not to have a bun on my sandwich to cut carbs, I was charged an extra two dollars. The sandwich is already over $18. This is not acceptable. It does not cost 20+ dollars for two sandwiches. I ordered the half pound double beef and cheddar. I should be able to have lettuce and tomatoes on there if I ask for them.
They positioned all the ingredients in the each cardboard box perfectly it was very delicious. Just don’t agree with the price. I wish people would smile more everywhere.
And by the way, I’m used to this now. The receipt comes right out in front of you. All you have to do is say don’t put it on a bun which she did. She told me I had to put it on the app though.

Anthony is the best team leader.
My wife ordered Gyro beef which was too salty. Anthony took the high road and offered to replaced with fish sticks.
Fish sticks were made of real fish and savory.
Kudos to the team.. Well done guys.

I went to eat at this restaurant I was in the line waiting to be attended this person arrives and passes it first than me and then how I treat myself not very friendly then instead of giving me my card in hand he put it in the cauntel for me to take it . I felt treated like rasismo and that is not right this is a restaurant where many nationalities come to eat that hurts that there are people like that, Although the potatoes and the mozarelas were cold I went and asked for new ones and they changed them quickly and the sandwish did not look good but it was fresh and tasty and the manager came to my table offered an apology. Thank you for being so attentive to your customers.

Staff was amazing on our April 26 trip. Large amount of meat on the sandwiches. Curly fries are very crunchy. I don’t recommend the coffee milk shake as the flavor is too mild.
