I’ve eaten here several times before, so this is going to be my overall review of this place after everything I’ve garnered from it.

The food? The food is alright. I usually get a 5 layer burrito every time I come here with the same things and I’ve never had my requests misplaced (yet). On the occasion the nacho fries come back, they’re good and seasoned well enough to anyone’s liking really.

The customer service is not bad for the staff they have. There’s not a lot of employees, so I’ll cut some minor slack, but usually they’re very nice and friendly, especially considering a lot of people from my local high school can come to this place as a stop for a bite.

The only reason I would deduct some ratings off this place is of the inside of the restaurant. Here’s a thing: I never dine inside there, and for good reason.

Eating in is very depressing already from the lack of customers, but when you take a look around the place, with the fountain drink area having a whole section of it missing, bugs lingering around the area, the lack of sanitation and aesthetic around the place, and the bathroom… oh lord, the male bathroom, the staple, the stereotype of Taco Bell, and this one by far takes the cake. The toilet of this particular Taco Bell has been littered with feces and TP that it makes a derelict bathroom of a gas station off in the country seem like a Hilton one with a bidet. The urinal is stained yellow with urine, I saw some pubic hairs on it, I’m not even sure if it flushes properly, and the floor around it is sticky that I’m pretty sure the soles of my shoes have lost a layer from the uric acid buildup (HA). But the cherry on top? On one certain visit, I’m CONFIDENT, and I SWEAR ON MY LIFE AND MY TIMBS, there was a BLOODY TOOTH beside the damn urinal. It doesn’t get very much Taco Bell than that.

My overall advice? If you want a taco or burrito or a quick bite of something Mexican, or simply enjoy Taco Bell, this place is alright in terms of their food and service, but by no means, DO NOT EAT INSIDE. Take it to go, you’re much better off that way. At least you’ll have a clean toilet if you get the bowel movements LOL.

I will go out of my way to come to this taco bell. Food is always right n the stuff friendly. I also Doordash so I am there every night as soon as 10 o’clock hits they get extremely busy. During that time, they are very patient and still find the time to service every customer in drive-through or in-store n keep the store clean. Service is also fast considering how packed they get. I am normally waiting at the surrounding restaurants for 15/20minutes for an order, not here. There will be a line all the way out of the parking lot and they still manage to get orders out fast. I have witnessed customers yelling and cursing at them, Young drunk men coming in acting a fool, and every single time they have dealt with them Calmly and professionally. I have never been to a fast food place with such friendly staff.

Come on, guys…. if you’re going to make it a point to charge for sauce, include the freaking sauce. It’s the principal….then you won’t even answer the phone. Makayla needs more training and needs to stay focused. Yes, I’d like my .90 cents back.

They messed up my order and gave me 2 quesadillas instead of chalupas , wasn’t really an issue until the 2 people making them immediately gave an attitude shaking their heads at me and mumbling under their breath the whole time , the receipt said only steak cheese and beans and I got two chalupas with everything on it, I came in a second time and told them it was only supposed to be steak beans and cheese and got even more attitude snatching the food from me and throwing it on the counter when it was complete and when I said thank you they just turned their back to me. Absolutely garbage customer service. never coming back.

Visited the Taco Bell at 1748 Dunlawton Ave on Jan 17, 2026 (2:28 PM). Ordered a Cantina Chicken Burrito via drive-thru. Order was fast, but the Avocado Salsa Verde sauce was missing.
When I politely asked for the sauce, I was repeatedly told it was in the bag—even after checking twice. When I handed the bag back and asked the clerk to verify, she said she couldn’t touch the bag. This is the third time in six months this location has missed the sauce and then questioned the customer instead of fixing the mistake.
Errors happen—but poor attitude and lack of accountability are unacceptable. Taco Bell management should take notice.

Avoid this location!! On 12/08/24 at 1am I was picking up an order for Uber eats which does have time restraints. There were two workers on shift. I drove around the drive through twice as no one was operating the speaker and the one employee that could be seen through the window was completely ignoring us while we waved and honked. Minutes later my passenger knocked on the entrance door and a second employee was now visible. The second employee looked at me and then proceeded to ignore the window. Slowly the employee walked to their headset, picked it up and put it on. I honked and waved again and was ignored. A couple minutes went by and the employee with the headset opened the window and I said I was there for Uber pickup. The employee closed the window hardly saying anything, no okay or anything. They closed the window, walked out of sight. They returned into the window view to fill a beverage. The cup sat in the dispenser for almost 4 minutes with blue fluid pouring over the cup- very waist full. After watching this for a few minutes I took a video of the cup being overflowed and all the waisted product. A couple more minutes the window was opened again to pass the order through. Absent of any words still from the employee. It appears as the two employees do not like their job at all and pass that frustration onto paying customers. Are there poor management skills resulting in a bad work environment causing employees to act this way or does the fault lay at poor hiring skills? I will be contacting corporate and sending the video taken from this morning. Save yourself the headache and go to another Taco Bell or Del Taco

I don’t care what anyone says, I love me some Taco Bell. I mean you have to admit they are pretty consistent. I’ve had a few bad experiences at this particular location but yesterday was great. We walked inside and they were surprisingly modern. They have computers in the lobby to order. Regardless, the employee seemed nice when they served us. We were able to get two separate boxes which offered a discount with the amount of food served which was a good deal. The drink fountain was great. Lots of options and plenty of syrup in the sodas and tea options. Restrooms smelled very clean while we washed our hands before eating. Dining room was a good temperature, not freezing like most fast food chains in Florida. Overall good experience.

items incorrect in the most baffling way. heads up do not order the cantina chicken taco or the crunchwrap if you want them made correctly, no tostada in the crunchwrap and the cantina taco was made with a hard shell??? the drive thru line took forever even though it was 9:00pm. just go to the daytona taco bell man, they can at least get an order right
