I have been eating five guys for years and the value just isn’t there anymore. I have had my order messed up multiple times at this location and the final straw was getting homr and finding out my $26 burger and fries didn’t even have a bun. Just a deconstructed mess in a cold aluminum container.

Five guys used to be great deal and good food. It was always expensive, but they have shrunk their burger size by 15 to 25% and you no longer get a good portion of fries. Shrinkflation in action. Not worth the cost any longer. It’s too bad. Meal for 2 kids and 2 adults, 75$

I do a lot of good delivery and there is a clear difference between the employees at 5 guys burgers and other places. The staff here was smiling, laughing, being nice to each other and customers. I enjoyed my brief but memorable ordering experience. Thank you to the employees for making an amazing burger for me tonight. IT WAS DELICIOUS

Five Guys is a national burger fast food chain, known for its freshly made burgers, toppings and fries plus peanuts. This location has a lot of parking outside, with about 20 or so tables inside. The staff are super friendly here. Just like all other locations, they cook your food to order and allow a good amount of toppings. Always get the little fries because they just dump more in the bag and it’s always enough. Pricing is high but portions are OK. Overall, it’s a little off the main road but a good place for lunch.

I get places MIGHT be understaffed but there were 4 employees working at 11:15am on Saturday and we were the only people in line. Other people did come in after us.
We had to ask male manager to turn the music down it was so loud. As he asked his female manager (who couldn’t hear him)to turn it down she snapped at him and told him no because she was grilling burgers. We asked again when they gave us our order to turn it down. Employee #5 that just clocked on agreed and turned it down.
The counter where they give us food was very dirty, smudged and greasy….11:15am on Saturday!!
They were out of ice in both freestyle drink stations. No coke or diet coke in one of them.
Hand sanitizer on the wall either was out or just didn’t work.
My burger (#3 of 4) was lettuce wrapped and should’ve have grilled bell pepper, grilled jalapeno and hot sauce on it in addition to other ingredients but none of those ingredients made it in to it. Regardless, my burger was still great!
Regular fries and Cajun fries were great!
But wow, so many things so early in Saturday!

I picked up a to go order and everything was seamless, however my burger patty was undercooked. For a $9 burger, I’d expect it to be fully cooked. I’m willing to give them another chance however.

I love Five Guys and am always happy when my wife suggests it. She does like it, just not as much as I do. We ordered our cheeseburgers, both the big two patty ones and one small fry to share. Then we had some of the free peanuts as we waited. The burgers were great as always and there were plenty of fries for both of us.

For a hamburger place I give it 4 stars. Above average very large burgers and fries, clean and large facility with outdoor options. Cool fountain drink machines and nice bathrooms.

Their burgers are very good and they always give a generous portion of fries but the loud rock music they play is an irritation. Trying to enjoy my meal but feel stress while eating. Asked to turn the volume down and I think they did just a little, but not enough. I guess I will take it to go in the future. FYI, I grew up in the 70’s., so I love all that music but the trash music some choose to listen too today boggles my mind! Especially in a restaurant.
