I LOVE it here!!!! Great experience at this QDOBA! The staff was friendly and efficient, the restaurant was clean, and the food was fresh and flavorful. Portions were generous and everything was made just right. The queso is always a win! Definitely one of the best QDOBA locations — I’ll be back for sure. Not to mention Georgiana played a huge role in why i’ll come back!

QDOBA is one of my go-to spots when I want something quick, fresh, and flavorful. The ingredients taste fresh, the portions are generous, and I love how customizable everything is — from bowls to burritos to tacos. The queso and sauces are especially good. The service was great, staff was friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was very clean and well kept. Overall, a really solid experience and I’ll definitely keep coming back.

I love QDOBA but I was so upset w the experience I got here. When did qdoba turn into Chipotle? Skimping on protein, fine meat is expensive. Skimped on rice too my bowl is wet from salsa and sauce bc there’s nothing to soak up the sauce. I for 1/3 scoop of chicken in my bowl and they were burned bits.
$14 for this bowl of wet mess. So upsetting.

Whoa. 3 out of 4 meals WRONG. Ordered online for delivery. 2 salads and 2 bowls. It was for my friends bday. He picked this place. His was the only one correct and I am at least thankful for that. Mine was the worst. I ordered a salad and it came with rice on the bottom and a little Lettice on top. It was a burrito bowl. ordered no beans,,, had both, ordered chicken, was beef. Literally the only thing they got right was the jalapenos on top it said SALAD in huge letters taped to the top, was that a joke??. My girlfriends salad was just missing salsa and queso. Buddies wife missing queso, lettuce, and tortilla strips. NEVER NEVER again. I don’t want a coupon or anything. On top of it all, bland. SO much more options out there. If I could give it negative reviews I would. Like it said all the ingredients on a sticker on each meal, how do you screw that up?!?

Honestly my favorite location. But I went in about an hour before close and people were still eating and in line. Was asked what we wanted both getting burritos. Staff claimed they were out of steak and chicken as they didn’t want to make anymore. Was a weekly place we would go but will no longer be visiting this location due to lazy staff.

Never ordered from this location before but man, oh man, did they skimp me heavily. Photo attached, you can see that nearly half of the bowl is empty.
Another issue I have, and it wasn’t even just this location, but the chicken is always tasting chewy and undercooked and that is the most important part of the meal.
They barely put me any guacamole, barely any sour cream, barely any of their squishy chicken, and you also have to remember the bowl costed me like $11 before tax, so how this is even forgivable is beyond me.
Take a look at the picture, does this look like enough food for anyone that paid for an $11 bowl? I might as well go to chipotle, it’s cheaper and has way more food and the chicken isn’t like a sponge.
I knew I should’ve trusted the review that showed the picture of that old lady who they claimed was a skimper, because she’s the one who did my order so a couple of takeaways here for Qdoba:
1). Cook your chicken a little longer
2). Fire the old lady for the horrible skimping she’s doing

Had an online order for only chips and cheese waited over 30 minutes for it. My husband spoke to all 3 people when he first showed up. The newer kid said it would come right up the lady said To stand off to the side where online orders are and the 3rd person said it’s coming it took 30 minutes for just chips and cheese and it took me calling the restaurant and the girl who answered started arguing with me saying my husband never once asked for it and that supposedly he’s just standing there when he did ask 3 people. Same Lady was arguing with the other lady also waiting for an order and another guy asking for his online order. This is not okay.

Went to Qdoba in Rochester today for lunch—first time at this location, and definitely the last. The food itself was good, but the service was absolutely awful, all because of one incredibly rude employee.
When we politely asked for extra queso and stated we were happy to pay for it, she snapped at us, then proceeded to add just a tiny drop and demand $2. When I asked again, offering to pay more, she snapped again and begrudgingly added another tiny drop. At that point, I gave up. The attitude and disrespect were completely unnecessary.
I’ve never had such a frustrating experience at a Qdoba before. If management cares about this business, they need to seriously reconsider who they allow to interact with customers. This one person alone is enough to make sure I never come back.
