They’re declining in business and need to learn to buck up and actually do their job or don’t work there. Plenty other people need jobs. You guys are always giving out food thats not even filled like the quesadillas are always majority tortilla and you guys can’t even follow simple instructions like take off tomato’s, how hard is that?? And blaming it on the drivers like the lady at taco bell last night did was insane because it was the people who put the food together, not the driver, they just pick up your stuff that you’re supposed to be doing. They do their job fine, better than you do yours. Get a grip, licolnway is 100% better than the dell range store not to mention how they treat their employees too.

Can’t even rate the food because I waited for 30 minutes and got nothing. Ordered it in the store at the kiosk, waited 30 minutes and had to go up and ask them about. They reply with yeah we’re busy and I don’t have your name on my screen. I requested a refund which took a manager an additional 10 minutes to get up to the counter. Not impressed and y’all suck! Also, the whole lobby and hear your employees cussing up a storm! Be professional…

I can’t believe this one is rated lower than the Lincolnway location. I’ve never had an order completely messed up here. They are quick and usually accurate. This location unfortunately doesn’t carry my vegetarian box like the other location does, but I deal with that because they at least seem to care here.

Ozzy, dude this guy is the best fast food worker I’ve ever met! Unbelievably nice and so funny making jokes that got me smiling huge. He even asked if me and my friend wanted to sit down for the best dining experience . Please give this man a raise he deserves it!! Absolutely terrible customer service at the drive thru night crew. Can’t even take my order properly, they say “anyone out there?!” With a condescending voice. Night crew has no pride in their job and they turn you away making it feel like why did you come here, go away mentality and attitude. By the way I never leave reviews on restaurants let alone anything. I just want to warn great decent people be careful ordering here, hopefully you have better experience than me because this didn’t happen just one time but multiple times!

This is the second time I’ve had to deal with horrible customer service on night shift at this Taco Bell. I should’ve went to Culver’s where the kids are respectful and nice and decent and always have a good smile and there’s never an argument about food. Unfortunately, I went to this mud duck environment, and expecting something to change. It was horrible as usual. Cheyenne deserves good customer service but unfortunately, a lot of chain restaurants refuse to give it. Needless to say, I’ll never go back there again ! I believe the nighttime manager name was Kevin. He even defended the actions of this rag tag group of workers. All I wanted was a full nacho grande with everything on it, including lettuce and onions, but of course that wouldn’t and couldn’t happen on this shift! Thank God, the United States Marine Corps taught me better

This is the worst Taco Bell location My family has ever visited! We came for breakfast before school, and everything we asked for was unavailable on the breakfast menu. We ok ordered Cinnabons 12 packs, and decided to go to McDonald’s for the remainder of breakfast items. The Cinnabons were still cold in the middle! I attempted to call Taco Bell, they hung up on me 3 time’s before I spoke with someone claiming to be a Manager until I explained the issue. Then I was told the real Manager was not in yet, and I gave my information and was told he would be in in a few minutes. Never received a callback, I drove back to speak with a Manager and was informed he was not in. I was charged $14.82 on my credit card for food that was not prepared correctly! Bad Service, Bad Management, and bad food!

The service was the best it has been. We ordered while outside in our car. We went in right after ordering. Our food was ready within very few minutes.
The food received was mediocre. The cinnamon crispy had NO cinnamon or sugar on them.

I just went there and got a cheese quesadilla and asked for no jalapeño sauce and they still added the sauce which is no problem, that’s why I called them and told them the mistake and asked them to put a credit on my number, they said that they can’t put a credit on my phone number?? I used to work at Taco Bell on Lincolnway and we used to put credit in peoples number. You’re telling me dell range Taco Bell can’t? They told me to get a coupon or come in and remake it I’m already home I’m not going back out when I already wasted money on something now I gotta waste more money on gas to drive all the way out there? No thanks. Sorry but Dell range Taco Bell ain’t hitting like Lincoln way is.

I love coming to this location at night. The team seems really upbeat and genuine, which is a HUGE breath of fresh air from all the cookie cutter corporate style customer service that is seemingly everywhere now.
I generally abhor being up sold, but I let it happen tonight because bros energy behind the mic of the drive through (not the AI mind you) genuinely lifted my mood and actually made me want to buy more.
Cool crew, consistent food, generally pretty fast.
