The quality of this McDonald’s depends almost entirely on which manager is running the show that day. Some visits are smooth and pleasant, while others… not so much. Unfortunately, my most recent stop fell into the latter category.

The manager on duty was, without exaggeration, the loudest and bossiest presence in the entire building. You could hear her from every corner of the restaurant, barking orders nonstop. For someone so vocal about what everyone else should be doing, it’s surprising that one of the simplest tasks—bringing food to the table listed on the receipt—was ignored.

My order was marked for table service at table 102. Not only did no one bring the food out, but the table itself was dirty when I arrived. I ended up cleaning it myself just to have a place to sit. It’s a small thing, but it says a lot about attention to detail and customer care.

This location can be good, but the inconsistency makes it a gamble. When the right manager is working, things run smoothly. When the wrong one is, you feel it the moment you walk in.

If I could give less stars I would. The absolute worst service I have ever had. Waited 6 minutes just to place our order and after saying hello 5 times we were told to wait so we waited another 2 minutes before they said they were ready. Then we waited 7 more minutes at the drive thru for our food and they told us to pull up, we simply said that we weren’t pulling forward to wait longer we will wait at the window. The employee turned around to grab the manager(pm). Then the manager grabbed our two meals with two sandwiches put it all in the bag opened the window and said “we’re just trying to do our job, next time I’ll be glad to refund you’re money and you can just leave”, she then slammed the window and walked away running her mouth. As a manager you should have better customer service extremely disappointed.I will never be back.

Nov 18 noon we haven’t been to a McDonalds in years we were out for a drive got really hungry so we thought let’s take a chance- the manager in charge was full of smiles we got hot right food when it got busy the manager was on point she had that place running like a fine tooth machine. This is your typical McDonald’s, the staff is always friendly, but being one of only two fast food places in Iron River, be prepared to wait in a long line. Even ordering ahead, I still had to wait 13 minutes to get my order. That aside, it works in a pinch.

Somehow burnt, and not toasted at the same time

I ordered breakfast through their app a couple minutes before breakfast was over, and they said they couldn’t prepare the breakfast because they were now on lunch. I ordered breakfast sandwiches well before they switched to lunch, told me I had to cancel my order. I think if you’re going to order breakfast through their app, just do it at least by 10:15 even though they don’t switch to lunch until 10:30.

Well they dont actually listen to what you order and put the wrong food down. The manager cant stop flirting with people’s husbands in front of their wives long enough to actually listen to what the order actually is.

Manager was rude right off the bat because I wanted a pup cup as we had recieves multiple from this location before but they apparently aren’t supposed to. We used points to get an item and went back around to get another but they won’t even take our order. They haven’t even mentioned refusing to serve us just won’t say anything and anytime we move they help the next person instead. They haven’t said they are refusing us service just not even acknowledging us. When we refused to leave the line they just let the line build up until we leave and then help the next person. They aren’t busy whatsoever as we have sat for 20 min in order for other people to show up. They are not closed as we can see them and everything is on. When we went back around they even ran to hide in the back. All we got were a couple ice cream cones so I just don’t understand why the pup cup caused such an issue.
