Idk if it was a hard night on this Monday but, the fried rice I got was completely balled together and crunchy/dried up and my chow mein pretty much was non existent!! It was all just horrible cut onions with a FEW noodles inside the “chow mein”. Please work on the cooking of food!

There was a maggot found in my food, which instantly made my significant other and I sick. We are not sure if either of us ate this or not. He was admitted to the hospital from having stomach issues after this event. I contacted corporate and they were not helpful and did nothing. I went back to the store that same night. The staff acted as if it was no biggie and refunded the dish. Stay far away unless you want this experience.

I never like putting negative reviews but after consistently being left frustrated by this location, I’m hoping it will get them to change. I went there tonight and for the millionth time I order my food just to be told at the window that they’re out of what I ordered. It happens nonstop after waiting in the drive thru tomorrow. Even two hours before closing they’re always “out of orange chicken”. Then make some more! Someone fix this place

Food was great, service was okay, but there was no Diet Coke and didn’t seem to care about changing it out. That being the only diet drink they have makes it kind of hard for people trying to watch their sugar intake especially with how sweet the food is.

This is one of the worst locations! Staff was very rude! Was i er chargedand when I inquired about it they were hateful and simply just grabbed 2dollars from the couter and handed it to me and walked away! Made me wonder if they over charge people then take the extra cash! No apology, just mean! Food was dry and cold, the whole experience was awful! Definitely would NOT recommend this location! They need new a Manger and to adjust their staffs attitudes!

I am regular visitor of Southport venue and always enjoy the food and service but my recent visits has very sour experience. It look the new staff is failed to satisfied the customers. It is easily observed while sit or stand for couple of minutes there.

This isn’t gourmet, but it is a solid meal at a reasonable price. I had the orange chicken, mushroom chicken and fried rice. The orange chicken was extra tangy and spicy, the mushroom chicken had a nice, rich flavor, and the fried rice was pretty typical. The portions were very generous. I went through the drive thru, and there was a little bit of a wait to order, but almost no wait time at the window. If you want Chinese food fast, this restaurant is a good option.
