Late last night my son and I ordered food from the drive-thru. The food was fresh which was good. When we got home and I was eating one of my chicken sandwiches I noticed half of it was raw. I didn’t finish eating it, and I threw the other sandwich away. I was very disappointed with my food. I will never order anymore chicken sandwiches from Wendy’s again! My son’s chicken nuggets meal was fine.

I would rate this a 0 but u can’t so I give it a 1 My name is Andraya , and I am a minor. I am writing to formally report an experience I had at the Hudson location earlier today in the drive-thru.
I attempted to order a $4 bag and a sweet tea. There was confusion about the drink, and when I asked about it, the employee responded in a dismissive and frustrated tone. I was not being rude; I was simply asking about my order. Instead of explaining calmly, I felt talked over and not listened to.
After that, another employee approached and accused me of recording her. My friend was on her phone, but we were not recording any employees. I even have a video showing that we were not recording. The accusation was made in an aggressive and confrontational manner rather than asking politely for clarification.
I felt disrespected and uncomfortable with how I was spoken to. As a young customer, I believe I should still be treated with patience and professionalism. I later called the location to address the issue, but I still felt dismissed during that conversation.
I am not writing to argue or cause trouble. I simply want to bring attention to the tone and behavior displayed so that other customers, especially minors, are treated respectfully in the future.

Absolutely horrible! On November 29th 2025 at approximately 3:30pm , I went through the drive thru and ordered my food which included a family size chilli. When I was handed the chili through the window, the handle on the chili bucket broke and the whole bucket fell onto the pavement in between the window and my car. The manager came to the window and told me if I wanted another chili that I would have to pay for it to which I completely disagree with. After some time , she finally said I could have another one but “just this one time” . I was told I could not have sour cream with my chili as they no longer allow that. I even tried to buy some and she said no that new rule said no sour cream for chili. I was not even given any crackers, which I asked for that as well. Im highly upset with the way the manager handled everything. Makes this Wendys look really bad. She should not have a public job where she interacts with people. This is wrong on so many levels. I will definitely pass this experience along to other sources and hopefully this gets to the right hands and corrected fast.

I know everyone wants to go home after a long days work. But I made an online order for a single $1.99 chicken sandwich at 12:45. I literally pulled up to the drive thru 2 minutes later and sat there for 5 minutes. No one even acknowledged me on the speaker. Luckily I was able to cancel my order or I would have been super mad.

I don’t know if someone in the back was having a bad day and decided to take it out on my sandwich but whoever it is must’ve been dealing with something crazy. i ordered a chicken sandwich, simple enough, and when i got home to eat and opened the sandwich i was appalled. it legit looks like someone put an ENTIRE container of mayonnaise on my sandwich. it was disgusting, i tried calling the restaurant but it went straight to a voicemail box that wasn’t set up yet. i’ve contacted corporate and waiting for this response. this js disgusting!

Jr. Bacon cheeseburger was pitiful. Had end of sliced tomato & 3 tiny pieces of lettuce. Burnt bacon. Are ya’ll on a budget?!..Do better
