I sat down here at around 5:40 tonight and it wasn’t that busy. I seen about 4 servers that were on the floor. Took 10 minutes to get greeted. I ordered pickle chips and a pitcher. The pickles were very good and fresh and the beer was cold. Then after my appetizer I had a crazy idea that I wanted to order an entree. After 15 minutes of sitting there waiting for a server to ask if I wanted to order anything else even while I was eating my appetizer, I finally got asked if I wanted to order anything else from a completely different server btw. I ordered boneless wings. They took 40 minutes to get me 15 boneless wings. Lady walked up and said they were “tossing” the wings and then 15 minutes later I finally got my food. Great food btw but terrible service. Idk if the server forgot to put in my order or if the cooks couldn’t handle a Wednesday dinner rush but either way for a party of 1 that’s embarrassing.

I would like to provide some feedback regarding my experience today. When the manager, Brandi, approached my table and asked, “What do you want?”, the manner in which it was said came across as unprofessional and discourteous. In the food service industry, customer interaction and hospitality are extremely important, and the initial greeting often sets the tone for the entire dining experience.
A more professional and welcoming approach would have been appreciated. Guests should feel respected and valued when they are being served. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and helps improve the level of professionalism in future customer interactions moving forward.

Dry sandwich once again. I ordered Mr Bings sauce because I want a spicy chicken sandwich. Last 3 times i got it it has been dry. Wasted money once again.

Very odd experience.
Our waitress took our drink order, brought the drinks, then disappeared.
The bartender saw my frustration when our order was never taken and took our order and waited on us the rest of the time. Our waitress never returned. It was weird. Service was slow after as well while waiting on the food and esp the dessert. We were there 1.5 hrs. Which is insane. The girls were very friendly though. But obviously a bit overwhelmed.
Service aside.
The food was GREAT.
App: Chips and Queso….Prob some of the BEST I’ve ever had. The chips were a perfect texture and flavor….and that Queso? Just WoW! So good. Me and my daughter sucked it down.
Meal: Five Cheese Burger….So good! Juicy, cheesy, and tasty.
Dessert: Chocolate Chip Lava Cookie….Good…melted ice cream though….And not big enough for the price. But the cookie was warm and soft. Didn’t notice much lava to it though.

Great night out to enjoy a team dinner! Our large party was sat pretty easily. Ordered the chef salad and it hit the spot. It was huge, full of fresh ingredients. Everyone liked their meals. Service was very slow to start, but the meals were served at the same time for the most part. Lots of TV’s to watch the game, restaurant was clean.

The food is good and the staff are friendly. The 4 star is due to the time it took the waitress to get to our table, take and deliver our drinks. I still recommend dinning here. Let me know what you think.

Got there about 4:30 Wednesday afternoon. Ordered takeout and a drink. Food came before the drink was half gone. Brought home a good dinner at a reasonable price in a quick time.

My kids’ food was ice cold. Pulled pork Mac and cheese is bland and unappealing. Wings are good but are hard to mess up. I could tell the fries were stale and cold. My server was kind, but I didn’t feel like she was confident in her job. She was receptive to our concerns about our food and took off some of our bill. On top of all this, the power went out while dining there! Coincidence?

Me and my boss stopped in for a quick bite , was not greeted with welcome to beef ‘o’ Brady’s we will be right with yiu , we had to seat our selves , ask for menus and silverware , there was only two people get food out the kitchen which was the bartender and one waitress, and two chefsin the kitchen. 20 minutes went by bartender came over got are drink order, waited 15 minutes before we got our drinks, we then put are food order in my boss got a garden salad and a Cuban sandwich, and I got a Cesar salad and a Ruben sandwich, minding we put are order in before four other tables where seated one was a party of seven , we didn’t get are food until after the othe four got there’s cause it was Wednesday and wing day , so there was more wings coming out of the kitchen more than anything else. When we finally got are food my boss garden salad looked like it was just thrown on the plate and lettuce wilted, he said it hot not cold and the Cuban sandwich was cold as well , my Cesar salad was the same hot and my Ruben sandwich was cold, didn’t get any drink refills, and when we asked for the check the bartender said I’ll get it when I can.

Good place to watch the game if you’re just trying to relax. The servers are very prompt and enjoy their job which makes the vibe a whole lot better. I get the shrimp bowl with the poblano sauce 80% of the time and it’s killer.
