BurgerFi is one of my favorite burger spots. The food is always fresh, hot, and really flavorful, and the ingredients taste high quality. The burgers are juicy, the fries are crispy, and the shakes are great too.
What really stood out was the service. The employees Ringo and Mimi were super friendly, patient, and made the whole experience better. They kept things moving quickly and made us feel welcome.
Definitely a place I’d recommend if you want a great burger and good service!

Great service. Food was delivered very quick. Was handed the wrong order, but the cook Ringo handled it in a professional manner with great problem solving skills. Was not dissapointed. Excellent customer service.

I wish I could give zero stars! Absolutely ridiculous experience. Payed $38 for two burgers and a large fry. The size of the fries alone for $11 was alarming. Ordered to go inside the facility, when getting home took out the food out the burger was absolutely charred and inedible. I called and asked to speak with a manager, Dominic, in absolutely no way is he suitable to be a manager. He said he would require proof that our food was not edible and to drive back to the restaurant. Upon entering, he kept asking me for a receipt when the lady who took my order didn’t give me one. I returned to the store less then thirty minutes after the order was placed and handed out and had the messed up food with me. He was extremely unprofessional and handled the interaction ridiculously. Will not be returning, disgusting!!!

We purchased 4 burgers in total. One bacon cheese burger, one cheese burger, one kids cheese burger and one plain kids burger. Burgers were mediocre and the fries absolutely terrible. Limp, soggy and oily. The onion rings were perfectly crisp. Customer service was wonderful for pick up and the place looked clean. Honestly wouldnt eat here again.

I was in the mood for a good burger but was disappointed with BurgerFi yesterday. I went there we had our ordered taken, we waited well over 40 minutes, our name was called when only burgers were served with no fries, they gave us trays with our items on two trays when there was a party of 3, our fries came separately, they forgot my milk shake, the quality of the food was so unappetizing that I couldn’t even eat it. I could have gone to a restaurant and got better food. This place really went down hill the past few years, i remember just a few years ago the burger had its BurgerFi stamp on the bun, and the burger was so warm and juicy, big, that was a total bust last night. I would not recommend dining here.

I have been coming periodically to this location and if the food didn’t bring me back constantly, the phenomenal service sure has! Aka and the rest have been wonderful to interact with and make me feel welcome every time I enter the door. Furthermore, the fact that I forgot my wallet here and they were so kind as to keep it safe until I came back has left a lasting impression. For me, a restaurant’s staff is just as important as its food and the people here always leave me eager for my return!

Worse salad ever, got piece of chicken chopped up into 5 smaller pieces. Disgusting tomatoes on a whole chopped up iceberg lettuce. Fries are burned and disgusting. Employe flicked her long hair in the kitchen. First and last time! Don’t come here, waste of money.

BurgerFi is always a pleasant culinary experience. A variety of fine food, excellent gourmet burgers and chicken menu. Great onion rings and fries. A good selection of beers on tap. Very friendly, professional and dedicated crew with excellent customer service. Prices are OK if you consider the quality of their menu. It has an overall good atmosphere, and the restaurant is clean and well organized. *Follow-up review: Dear BurgerFi crew, I honestly have never been treated as well at any restaurant before. I really appreciate your kindness and generosity. You make me feel as if instead of getting a service I get friendship from you. No wonder why you are so popular. Its is not just the tasty food.
