PDQ is the best chicken place out there! Tenders are so hot, fresh and delicious as well as the waffle fries and sauces. Been a HUGE fan ever since they’ve been in business. Our first experience was in Fort Lauderdale, then at our Pop Warner sports event for the kids, countless times in Sarasota as well as Tampa and even at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers game. It’s always the best! Everything we have eaten here is fresh and flavorful! Service is always phenomenal! Several menu items to choose from including healthier options. 10/10 Highly recommended.

Both my husband and I had the tender meals. The chicken was hot and tasty, the waffle fries were crispy and hot, and the garlic toast was very good (better than anticipated). A staff person checked on us to be sure we had everything we needed. We greatly appreciated the cleanliness of the dining room and the restroom was impeccably clean. I would highly recommend the Sarasota PDQ.

I absolutely love this PDQ. They make the perfect chicken and also their employees all go out of their way to make sure that you have a great experience. From the girl that takes your order to the people that prepare it and to the person that hand it to you. Thank you for always making it a great experience. Food was good it wasn’t great. The sauce was dripping off sandwich and bun was soggy from it. FRIES were perfect. Service was above average in processing order to delivery. Order taker fell short and needs a boost for sure

I hate to put a low review, chicken is always fresh and delicious, however the fries are so salty they are impossible to eat. I called several times and complain about it but energy time I pick up from the window and get to my destination never falls is always salty and has to go into the garbage.

I was excited to see my favorite Zucchini sticks back! But they are no way the same. Mine were a mix of thin noodle like and bigger pieces. The batter was thick all over and stuck together, hardly any Zucchini, and way smaller portion. I was bummed and too far away to turn around and go back, I live over an hour away, and this used to be my quick appetizer on the road after work I wont order them again

I was so so disappointed. I remember when this store opened and my family went here for a dinner. It was decent back then, a decade ago.
Tonight, we ordered this from Uber Eats. This was the absolute worst meal we’ve ever had. We ordered the Nashville hot sandwich, an OG sandwich, two orders of nuggets, fries and mac n cheese.
My husband and I took one bite of each sandwich and were instantly repulsed. Both were cold and soggy for one, but even that aside, there was NO flavor. And the chicken on both sandwiches tasted old. Very old.
The nuggets were cold and soggy as well, on top of being bland and overcooked. By a lot. Very dried out. A piece of chicken from where a nugget was torn well before it was put in our order was translucent and hard like hard plastic. It stabbed me when I went to pick it up. My husband had one and I only had a bite before I called it quits on the nuggets.
The fries were cold and soggy, but edible.
The Mac n cheese…. Where do I even begin? Just awful. It tasted like elbow Mac cooked in plain water and thrown into a take out container with just shredded cheese on top. The cheese was melted but there was no cheese sauce, not that we could see or taste. It was just melted shredded cheese on plain noodles for us. Even our 3 young kids hated it. And they live for Mac n cheese.
The house sauce, the PDQ SAUCE, was probably the worst sauce my husband and I ever tasted. He went first and made the repulsed sounds and I assumed he was joking but he was gagging. I said there’s no way it’s that bad and tried it myself on a fry. It was truly an awful combination of flavors and chunky SOMETHING in there. Just the absolute worst.
I just cannot believe how truly terrible this food was. I’m shocked. 100% we will never order from here again.
