Was going to LA for the weekend and found this spot while i was looking through my rout. Food tasted okay nothing mind blowing, unfortunately i wouldn’t go back, food was all probably cooked and tasted good but thats about it, for the price it was a letdown. Service was adequate as well.

Cleto has been my server quite a few times, and always has stellar service! Patient and gives great recommendations if you’re unsure about the menu! I’ve had a few other servers at this location and I can say everyone has been kind, attentive and accommodating as can be. You guys have a great team! The food is always delicious, fresh and good portions. I’ve had almost all the pasta dishes, amazing every one of them. The steak sandwich, the wet burrito and recently the chicken stroganoff are delectable dishes I’ve also tried along with the pizza!

. Cleto is one of the only reasons i come here on a regular basis ! He is amazing. Always so attentive and welcoming. I’ve been to many other locations, but Cleto from the West LA location has made a regular out of me. Every time that i come here i hope that Cleto is here . I am an Assitant General Manager in the industry and i can assure you that you guys have a true GEM in Cleto. Keep him around !!

We had Bossa Nova do a catered lunch at work. We had the lemon garlic chicken and pub steak. The sides were fried plantains, white rice, black beans and grilled veggies. The meats are very good and flavorful. The sides complemented the meats very well. Based on this experience, I would definitely be inclined to visit the actual establishment in the future for a nice meal.

Waiter was not coming to the table at all so we had to get up and go get the waiter. We asked for bread and it never came. No one refilling water. We had to get up and go tell someone to come with water. The Air conditioner was blasting ice cold wind directly on to our heads. We asked three times to turn the AC wall unit temp to higher degree because the air was freezing. We were so unbearably uncomfortable. Waiter took a very long time to bring the bill. We had to get up and go get the waiter to ask for the bill. Food tasted good but would have been so much better if it came out hot. It was completely hold with zero warmth. Our whole group was disappointed because we’ve been to other restaurants that are a part of this brand and the service was completely different. This restaurant must address these issues or people will stop coming. You absolutely cannot abandon the customer. We were pretty much abandoned most of our visit.

Philip was our server and I cannot express my words in his exceptional customer service the whole time he had a very big smile on his face and was very polite with everybody, and I observe every movement of this amazing person. I was so stressed and tired for a long day at work and obviously a long week as well, but the energy change as soon as Philip served us. We were both very tired and we left there smiling and very happy. Obviously the food is also very good. The only thing I didn’t like was because we order medium rare and they bring another cut, which was not the one that we ordered it and not the one that we wanted it and it was not medium rare it was medium well and well done so that was the only issue we had with the food other than that nothing was bad but I really wanted to recognize is truly Phillips work. Me and my wife really enjoyed. Serve service and will definitely come back ASAP. Thank you very much for training your people they are amazing. Specially this one that we met!

Ate here on a business trip and couldn’t believe the food for the price. Huge portions, a perfectly grilled medium rare steak, and generous THREE sides were awesome. We left fat and happy! Our server Philip was awesome, and the atmosphere was very laid back and classy.
