Thank you for your prompt response and making things right. I truly appreciate your professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction.

An ongoing issue with one of your locations that I have given numerous opportunities to correct. Orders are consistently missing items, given incorrect order, and poor quality food. The restaurant is always dirty.
On multiple occasions, I have ordered a chicken salad sandwich from this location and have consistently received unacceptable food quality. Most recently, the bread (white Mich) was brown, old, hard, and the edges were dark, crunchy, This does not meet reasonable standards for freshness or quality. Zoom in on pictures. Unacceptable.
I spoke directly with the manager, Ron, regarding this issue. He was dismissive, condescending and said, “i will place a chip reward in your account.” as i was missing my chips.He stated that the sandwich was acceptable in both portion and bread texture, despite the obvious condition of the bread.-White Mish-( hard, old, overcooked, and crunchy) He also stated that he personally prepared the sandwich. I observed the sandwich being made without gloves, not realizing at the time it was my order, which raises serious concerns about food safety and hygiene practices-think about those with health and immunity issues.
I do not experience these issues at another location only 2.2 miles away, where food quality and service are consistently satisfactory. This leads me to believe this is a location-specific management and quality control problem.
Due to repeated poor experiences and the lack of accountability from management, I will no longer return to this location. I believe this matter warrants corporate review, as it reflects poorly on your brand and customer standards. The reviews are terrible and I understand why.
I am requesting that this location be reviewed for food quality, customer service, and proper food handling procedures. I would appreciate acknowledgment of this complaint and information on any corrective actions taken.

I usually get a double ciabatta cheesesteak from Panera. Super friendly cashier Kira told me she likes extra raw onions and garlic aioli on that one so I tried it. Great suggestion! She also turned me on to the Blueberry Lavender Lemonade. Manager Jessy floated seamlessly from task to task, clearly the one in charge. The place looked freshly vacuumed when I went in, and the restroom was fine. No complaints! Thanks, Panera employees!

Coffee is always cold or not re-filled mid afternoon when I tend to stop in. They should do a better job of checking temperatures and fill levels. Every time I let the employee up front know they just say “oh… okay”

Place was a mess. Were 15 mins late with my order, my sandwich was soggy, and gave me a tiny baguette end, smaller than what they usually give. No apology for the wait.

Ordered a turkey bacon bravo and the sandwich has bacon in the name, yet they forgot the bacon. I asked for a cup and they give me 1 piece of bacon, and didn’t apologize, pathetic.

I love the Autumn Squash soup in a bread bowl. I hate the prices, even with loyalty card rewards. Convenient location. Good staff. Sometimes on weekends the food takes longer for some reason, perhaps short staffed.

I typically don’t go here because it’s so expensive, but I wanted to try the French dip. Got a grab and go order and lo and behold, they forgot the dip. The food was good, but you can’t make that kind of a mistake on a new menu item. $18.50 is too much money to fork over for bad service. No smiles, no pleasantries, just here’s your incomplete order.

I recently went to the location on Layton Avenue in Greenfield. We stood at the counter ready to order while 4 employees watched us by the pick up. I understand taking our order my not be their job, but no one even addressed us or called for someone to come help. We left and went to Mike’s pizza next door.

My roasted turkey sandwich and Greek salad was very good. Customer service was good and bathroom was clean. I took my order to go so didn’t really take a look around the restaurant to check for cleanliness.

The woman taking our order was extremely rude,
Our buzzer went off and our food wasn’t even done? Went up to get the baguette that came with my bread bowl and she snapped at me and said “the baguette wasn’t done yet!” Overall, not a great location. Staff was rude. Will not be returning.
