Our server was amazing very attentive and friendly. The food was fresh and was brought out quickly. When we arrived they said it was a 45 min wait but luckily they got us to a table in a little under 15 minutes. If I had to make 1 critique it would be the French fries were a little salty but it could just be my taste buds because I’m pregnant. I got the steak and it was cooked PERFECTLY plus the butter they used was soo good. First date night in years and it was a perfect night!

I like our servant he is very cool and very nice but I’m not sure why they got rid of the white and brown queso it was more original and the new one seems liquidy and almost chunky but overall it is pretty good food but my Gen X mom likes the queso she is very weird for this

I ordered Togo last night and I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. My burger bites were black like hockey pucks and way over cooked. They had no ranch on them which is one of the best parts. The Mac and cheese had chunks over over cooked noodles that they scrapped from the bottom of the pan that was so gross. I am not sure I will be back and it’s disappointing as I feel it happens often with Togo as people leave and get home they see the bad quality of food and the last thing they want to do is go back and have them fix it.

My wife and I decided to stop here after a trip to Mile High Flea Market and what a great choice that was! The service was incredibly fast we were eating in about 10 minutes! Our server was very very good he was polite and fast, although his name is escaping me. I had the Triple Dipper and my wife had the Fajita Trio which she said the chicken was perfectly cooked and she never says that.

For the Triple Dipper I had the Fried Motzerella Sticks which were huge and the taste was OMG!! I also had the southwest eggrolls and man those things were on a different level, and lastly I had the burgers with bacon and they were just ok, nothing that I thought was special.

Overall my wife and I had a great time and felt welcome by the entire staff and it showed in the tip he got! I would highly recommend eating here as at the time we were there it was amazing!

First time I decided to take out food on my way back out of town.They mess up the order, $50 worth of food and what do they offer $10 come back gift. Yea NO stick that $10 where the sun doesn’t shine Chili’s. Not to mention when I get there the person doesn’t even acknowledge me and acts nasty. Another chain going to go bankrupt couldn’t happen to a nicer chain (insert sarcasm)

This was a trying experience, let me tell you. The meal came out hyper greasy, to a point I simply could not stomach much of it after a few bites. The fries were lukewarm and got cold fast to add to that.

Fortunately, our waitress was a boss. Assisted in negating what problems we were having and even replaced the bun for the burger with a better one. Even got us a free refill of our specialty drink! Kudos to her!

First off we received the wrong drinks from the bar. Then the waitress went missing for a while others brought out our appetizers. They forgot to put the shrimp on the pasta. On one platter they put very little fries and they were like the crumbs of the bag. I tipped the waitress well! Although she didn’t really deserve it because she avoided checking on us.

Such a disappointment! Let me say my server was very personable and did a great job keeping our drinks full and was very engaging. But my experience takes a turn from there. My loaded potato soup was the color of cheddar cheese. I began to wonder if I had ordered cheese soup rather than potato soup. It was edible but not memorable. My Mango habanero tenders had a texture that was off putting. They looked nothing like what was featured on the menu. They appeared dry and had no additional dipping sauce which was definitely needed. My corn on the cob was dry and served without butter. None was offered so it was unclear if any was available. It had been plated fresh because when I picked it up to eat it, the underside was moist. Had the upper side arrived at my table looking like that, I would have been excited. Despite my entire meal having been mostly sent back no one asked if my meal was okay.

No manager check in, perhaps this is just a California thing. But had the management team taken the time to check with their customers, they could have been made aware of these things personally.

Your wait staff should not have to take the brunt of said issues. They neither prepared the food, nor are they responsible for your customers visit beyond their service. (The one thing she could have done was call attention to the amount of food being sent back to the kitchen. Interestingly she offered no box, merely to take it away. It makes me wonder what your policy is under said circumstances.)

Otherwise, it falls to the management team to ensure your guests are well fed. You entirely missed said opportunity today! .
