Steak ‘n shake is a great cheap burger. Any burger with fries is $4.99 and at this location kids eat free on the weekend. This location has really nice staff, although fresh from school and not too attentive. Overall good visit.

One of our favorite fast food restaurants. The burgers are 100% beef, no fillers, chemicals, etc. Don’t expect a big thick juicy hamburger, because their burgers are thin, but they are cooked fresh to order and are never frozen. The flavor is great. They have great milkshakes! The place is clean. It operates at a fast pace, so don’t expect to enjoy a dining experience. Its a restaurant where you can get a good, quick, affordable meal. A great place for families, teens and seniors. The staff are typically friendly and quick. Enjoy!

Awful experience and would not recommend at all. My dad drove 15 minutes out of his way to eat at this Steak n’ Shake and the staff was beyond rude to him. He sat down and the waitress never came to get his order. Other people were seated after him and they got their orders taken before he did. When he finally got his order taken the waitress did not go put it in right away. He asked to speak with the manager after his meal and the owner came out. He explained what happened and the owner was extremely rude to him and told him that she “didn’t want to hear it”. Beyond shocked at the poor customer service of this location. Sounds like they need some new ownership and management. Save yourself the trip.

Let me start by saying I wish i could split this review into two sections food and service. The food here is and always been amazing, they doing a killer job on the burgers and are the only reason I keep coming back. Now to address the one star. The service over the years has went down big time. Wait staff run around like crazy with no order, taking people’s orders, drinks, and refills at random. Drinks and food are thrown down on the tables just to run off and do another random task. You are forced to wait and hope that your order is put into the cooks, or wait to see if the table beside you eats first. You get the feeling from the wait staff that you are an inconvenience because of your choice to come dine during a busy time of day. You must eat your drink your one drink and get the hell out. The tips should go to the cooks and the back of the house because they are the reason for coming back.
