Theo was amazing!! Our waitress was Amazing!! Our FB Singles group had an event last night and there was a mixup on the reservation… Poor Theo was surprised when we showed up! He was a champ and handled it like a pro!! Excellent service, very professional, cool head…. I am impressed! Our waitress was fairly new and she was AMAZING!! she handled 40 of us by herself like she had been doing it all her life! We will be having more events there!!

I used to go here regularly, they are always short staffed now and they have decided that it’s okay to vape in their establishment. My party does not vape but the security guy at the door decided it was okay to hang out around our table and vape … I let him know that on extremely sensitive to vape and he said. “We are allowed to vape in here.” I let the management know what he said and they confirmed that they are allowed to vape in the building. This is such a shame that we finally got cigarettes out of the public places just to allow people to poison others with vapes. I will never be back to this place.

I was with a large group. The waitress came by frequently. There were a lot of pool tables. They need new house pool sticks! They did have food but none of the group ate that I am aware of. They did have non alcoholic drinks including beer

While this place is a good place to go to to shoot pool and grab some good food the service is touch and go. Some nights when it’s slower they are on point but when it gets busy you’re more than likely not going to see your server. I don’t think they schedule enough people to work busy nights and the bartender constantly gets behind because half the time I only see one working.

I ordered the 12oz KC strip w/cheesy tots. Tots were embedded into a clay-like rubberized mass of what may have been wall spackle or dried caulking. I ordered my steak medium rare and it came out well done. The mule they cut this steak from was most likely tired from working in the mines and was named Yokohama or Dunlop. I imagine his owners were sad when he died of old age. I’ve bitten into mouth-guards that were less tough. On a positive note, our server, Gracie, was fantastic and the place was fun. I’d go back but definitely not for that slab of playground mat they call a steak.

Won’t let you in past 1AM, came to play pool wasn’t intoxicated either. Security at the door said they don’t let you in past last call, and the security was condescending and overall a jerk. Will gladly go to another spot like club billiards!

The bartender will suggest you leave a tip if you dont leave enough she will run your card twice. Terrible experience.
