I stopped at this Wendy’s to grab a Dave’s single cheeseburger. I utilized the drive-through and was able to get in-N-Out quickly. The staff was friendly and my burger was as expected… Hot and juicy.

This location is the reason I stopped eating at Wendy’s for 2 years. Items would be missing out of people’s orders constantly, and when people would come in for the items they paid for, whether they were being chill or aggressive about it, would always be met with anger by the staff. The final straw was when I saw an employee literally yell at a man, in front of his kids, when the guy just said that he forgot their chicken nuggets. Today, sadly, that behavior has not changed. I drove up to the drive through, ordered my food, then asked what the new frosty fusions are, like I said this was my first time in 2 years, the girl on the speak gave me a really annoyed “they’re like milkshakes” I just said “oh, I know what a frosty is. I meant are they like new flavors, or mix ins, or something?” And a man got on and started actually yelling the flavors at me. I just told him that I could read the flavors, but just said I was good (because I didnt want to continue being yelled at) he laughed at me. So just left. Im not a Karen trying to get the staff in trouble, im sure if the staff has been this bad for this long, its probably shitty management, and or the owner, but I really would not recommend this location, you’re better off driving to another location if you really want it.

This is the best Wendy’s franchise I’ve been to. The order is right 99% of the time, the food is made well and the service is very good. I’m disappointed when I go to Wendy’s in other locations that and find they don’t have the same high standards.

During a recent vacation, I visited this location and placed an order through the Wendy’s app, picking it up at the drive-through. Upon returning to my vacation rental, I discovered several items were missing from the order.
As it was late, I did not return to the restaurant and instead emailed customer service. I received no response. I then contacted corporate, who informed me that the franchise would follow up. To date, I have received no communication from the franchise.
This lack of response and resolution resulted in payment for items I never received, which is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.

Horrible. Filthy. Staff was rude and ignored the customers. Music so loud I thought I was walking into a nightclub. Flies have clearly taken over. Every table was dirty. No napkins! Smelled like a goat was living in there. Half of the drive thru customers had to come inside because the orders were wrong or missing items and the staff was amused by this? $30 for lunch for 2 people and could not enjoy it in such a dirty Wendys!

Horrible horrible horrible service!!! The young girl who took and gave me my order couldn’t even be bothered to tell me the price or say thank you or say anything else. She handed me my order and hurried to go sit in the lobby work the other 2 employees! And yes thats exactly what she did! I saw her her sitting at the table on her phone as I pulled away from the drive in! Is this how the managers are allowing the employees to treat customers at night now?! I used to like the Norwich Wendy’s but now I’m having second thoughts!

I always think every time when prices go up the biscuit I think would be bigger .
All fast food restaurants will one day learn .

Look around , all the favorite restaurants you like to eat at are going out of business
Better learn now and shame on people for patronageing them all the time .

never once has ever gotten my food right and it’s always a hassle trying to get them to remake it. like oh no how dare you fix your mistake worst case was messing up my fries 3 times kinda funny but i just wanted my fries man. honestly only come here because my boyfriend likes this place (they always make his food correctly by the way so I KNOW they can do it).
