I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Bojangles location. After placing my order at the drive-thru and paying, the cashier handed us our straws first and told us to hold on. A moment later, she passed us our food but never returned our change.
We waited, assuming it was an oversight. When we brought it to their attention, the manager checked the register and stated that the drawer was not over. Despite that claim, we still did not receive our change.
This is extremely concerning. Whether it was a mistake or something else, customers should not have to question whether they’re receiving the correct amount of money back. The lack of accountability and resolution was frustrating and unprofessional.
If you value your money, I would consider going elsewhere.

Recently ate at a NC (Henderson) location and it was good! Crispy well seasoned chicken and decent sides. I was surprised to know they don’t have jalapeno peppers though. However it was enjoyable!

First time ever at a Bojangles, and boy did this place impress me. The drive thru was nuts, quite busy inside too, but the folks here are incredibly efficient and kind. Hopefully the employees are well taken care of, because they deserve it! Delicious food and a great experience.

In a fast food restaurant where floor waiters are not typical Jo was amazing. She went around to every table and greeted people and asked if anything was needed. Great experience. The cashier was great and even pleasant when customers were not to her.

I was waiting for OVER 45 minutes for a wing dinner. I was told it would be out in 10 minutes then another 20 minutes go by, then a lady comes outside only to tell me it will take another 30 minutes. I walked in and ask for my money back and they said your chicken will be ready in 5 minutes. I go bs I into the car and wait another 15 minutes and still nothing so I go back inside and complain only for them to start making another customer’s order that came after me. The customer noticed how frustrated I was and asked the Manager to make my food first, because she knew that was not right! After I finally got my chicken after almost a freaking hour! No apology no complimentary food NOT A DARN THING BUT ATTITUDE! I called and asked to speak to the manager only for the Manager to hang up on me! I hope CORPORATE sees this REVIEW! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE FREAKING PLANET JUST RUDE!
