Service seemed kind of slow considering it wasn’t busy. The woman at the window was kind of friendly but both of my biscuits were terrible. I can’t submit a survey because I wasn’t given a receipt and they didn’t ask if I wanted one. This will probably be the last time I come to this location because it’s always something. A coworker of mine came to this location for lunch last week and caught food poisoning from the chicken. I work hard for my money and I’m very disappointed I wasted $6.41 on these cold overcooked biscuits

It was nice to see the local college gear incorporated into this location. Everyone was friendly and had no issues with service. All the tables needed to be wiped and there were several people in the kitchen so it was a little disheartening that they didn’t prioritize the lobby. When I had to use the restroom instead of giving me a code or key a male cashier walked me to the restroom, opened the door and held it open for me…that was uncomfortable for me. Food was fresh no concerns there.

So at precisely 7:17 this morning on 10-9-25 I ordered a steak biscuit combo with bo rounds and a large sweet tea. Now food was great temperature was hot and sweet tea was sweet. Usually it’s a hit or miss most of the time with the sweet tea. Here’s where it goes down hill in order the stupid AI voice thing SUCKS. I ASKED extra seasoning on my Bo rounds there was NONE NO SEASONING at all. And I get up to the window pay get my food. I asked could I get some extra seasoning. Her response. Oh I’m pretty sure they put seasoning on it. ♂️ I’m done with this Bojangles. No more. can NEVER get a food order right.

I have eaten at this Bojangles twice and both times the food is terrible. The biscuit maker should be fired and fired immediately. My grandma is rolling over in her grave for calling that biscuits. I usually don’t leave reviews but this place is pitiful. I used to love Bojangles in the late 80s,90s, and early 00s. It was a treat for my family to take me there. The food has gone down at all of them but this one takes the cake. Y’all could do better. Like most places it could be management or it just could be the part of town it’s located in????? On a positive note the cashier was pleasant and got the food quickly

Waited in the drive-through for 60+ minutes to get my online order. I tried to go inside but they close the dining room at 7 PM.
When I asked for a refund, the manager told me she could not provide a refund. I would have to go through the online app. Which nowhere in the app does it say cancel your order or refund your order so ended up having to call corporate. there were people being let in the dining room, but when I tried to go in the dining room, they told me it was drive-through only and lock the door

First of all it’s 20 people in the back and it took over 10 minutes for a 2 piece and 2 sides. When I finally got my order it was cold. I brought it back and it took even longer the second time. Like what was I even waiting for??? The worst part about it was the operations manager was there and she was playing along with the employees. I understand sometimes joking around but this was extreme! It’s dirty, SLOW. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE IN A RUSH!! Multiple people complaining and requesting money back. Should’ve went to Popeyes

past two days i have tried to eat here. i have gone inside and waited in line because the drive thru line was ridiculous. with about a total of 3 customers in line in front of me, you’d think you’d be in and out. all of the workers collectively ignore the customers in the line inside, they only tend to the drive and the occasional in store or door dash order maybe every 8-10 mins. people who have already placed their orders are irritated that they’re still waiting on their food. i watched a girl finally get her food and hurriedly rush out the door most likely because she had been waiting so long. no one even acknowledges you when you walk in, the vibe is already off. this place was cool during ghoe and then it went back to shit. most likely waited upwards of 15 mins to leave with no food, acknowledgement of wait time, no service, and no customer service. might as well just close the inside of managing both is too hard of a task for their team to accomplish simultaneously!

Where do I even begin…
1. The girl who took my order rushed me despite me stating from the beginning that I had two separate orders. She seemed uninterested in her job and acted as if I was an inconvenience. Some effort to be inviting would help her appear to customers as being a lot less miserable.
2. A larger female employee beside the order taker was loudly arguing with her significant other at the front chicken bar the entire time, making it hard to even hear the person taking my order. Her partner whom she was arguing with blocked the entire drive-thru with his parked, turned-off car in front of the ordering station, forcing me and all the customers behind me to carry-out our orders. Their argument was so loud that literally everyone knew exactly what they were talking about. They argued for at least 15 minutes about her car that he was driving and caught opening the door for to allow another woman in.
3. While making my own drinks, a male worker who I had passed outside while he was smoking, passed by again smelling strongly of cigarettes and even stronger of marijuana; the smell lingered throughout the entire waiting area. Another customer even mentioned directly to the staff how unsanitary that was considering he never went into the direction of the bathroom to wash his hands but instead went straight to the back. Hopefully he washed his hands back there. Either way multiple other customers said the smell was so strong they had to step outside because they were getting a contact high.
4. My first order, which I requested twice to have extra Cajun seasoning, had none at all. Once again showing the person who took my order paid very minimal attention to my order and had no interest in assisting me as a customer which is ultimately the bare minimum of her job if I’m not mistaken.
5. For my second order, I was told Bo-Rounds aren’t made after 2 pm at this location and the current ones they had were “soggy,” despite the menu saying they’re served all day directly above the head of the person telling me this. My order was made at 02:20pm. When I questioned the advertising of the sign, she looked at it and looked back at me and said nothing but smiled. Very much weird.
Overall, this place is unsanitary with dirty counters, full trash cans and employees who don’t participate in sanitary practices. The employees are rude and dismissive and overall trashy. The food is old, stale and unseasoned. The area is very sketchy and the chance of you getting harassed by a homeless person or drug addict is at an all-time high. I do not recommend this location to any capacity.
