Order was wrong and TWO employees gave me attitude when I asked for it tobbe fixed. Burger had cheese when I asked for none, and there was no extra oniom or pickle as also requested. Additionally the one employee who was taking care of the front register, after my asking that my sandwhich not be absolutely drenched in mustard (somehow not asking for an item means the entire burger should be dremched in a condiment to “make up for the missing topping?”), and told me that wasnt possible as the mustard “comes out of tube”. Really, you cant see you put about 5 spoonfuls of mustard on there and cant maybe squeeze a bit less? He was so upset by my sandwhich being wrong and my asking for fsr less mustard that he got another employee to look at it with him and they stared for a good while. When the burger was remade, i was given the smallest sized pickles, not extra, and onoy the TINIEST spec of mustard on the corner as shown in the picture. The guy couldnt be botherd AND had to be passive agressive! I asked an employee for a mustard pack so I could put a reasonable amount on it, but what really is upsetting is for someone to be so rude, attempt gaslighting, and then do something so passive agressive. I do regret not taking a photo of the burger swimming in mustard as first handed to me. I’d be GLAD to identify that employee! He was a young white maybe hispanic guy maybe 5’10” short curly hair perhaps.

Doesn’t really pay good attention to detail? I asked for my fish filet plain and I received it with cheese. I also asked for barbecue sauce and was told it would be put in the bag and did not get it, so I had to pay for 1.

This is like an oasis. I was at the BWI airport to pick up a family member and intended to go to the cell phone lot.
There were two things top of mind for me. One, I was hungry and two I wanted to use the restroom. When I saw the sign for the restaurant I drove here. The drive through here seems to be very popular. The staff were very friendly. Only a few people in the restaurant. I could achieve both my wishes. Using my McDonald’s app I also snagged a deal.

I’ll be stopping here on my visits to BWI especially if I’m going to wait for arrivals. It’s about 8 minutes to the terminal and close to express and daily parking.

I accidentally selected this location for pickup thinking it was a different location, but I’m glad I did! Ordered online and my order was correct! Fast & friendly service. No wait and the inside was clean. Glad I found this new location, will definitely be back and would recommend.

I’m not a fan of McDonalds in general, but when I’m starved and it is the only psudo-food available I will purchase. However McDonalds only allows orders through their app which I am not downloading just to order food for my crews. Anyways McDonalds is garbage and I order from there 1-2 times a year but because of their lack of options for ordering I will be giving Wendy’s or any other restaurant my money instead of McDonalds.

Two years ago, I wrote a 5-star review for this place, but today I deleted it.
Until today, they had good service.

However, today I found myself in an unprecedented situation when, as always, I asked for mayonnaise. The rather blase response from the person who served me was, “We don’t have any.”

I asked to speak to the manager to understand why they didn’t foresee having mayonnaise. To my surprise, the rude and despotic person who served me was, in fact, the manager. It is unfortunate that someone who lacks education, has no idea how to serve a customer, and is incapable of offering polite and cordial alternatives to a situation caused by their own negligence, is the manager.

In response to my complaint, the manager finally told me that the only way to solve the issue was for me to buy the mayonnaise they prepare. This is both abusive and ridiculous. I am attaching a photo of the manager and the mayonnaise I was forced to buy.

Not recommended to visit!!!

Want salmonella? This is your McDonalds store to take the chance. We were starving after arriving from a long flight and stoped right by BWI since they close at 11pm and it was passed 10pm. After eating my burger a bit I noticed it tasted weird, I turned the light on to find out I had been served a pink/raw quarter pounder. I threw up inside the bag and hope I don’t get sick after eating this. Our kids and husband had already ate their burgers, I certainly hope theirs is were cooked through. Will definitely be calling the headquarters to report the poor cooking and health safety quality of this store. I’ll never stop at this store again and do want to warn people.

Couldn’t get service inside, no table numbers for the self service machine, no one would acknowledge I was waiting at the front counter. Spent about 10 minutes standing around. Waste of time. I guess its a drive-thru only McDonalds. Dont bother going in.

Such a poor quality McDonald’s. I never expect 5-star service but it has never ceased to amaze me the ability of this store to forget items, and give subpar service and attitude. Irrespective of the medium in which you order (DoorDash, Uber, in-person) they will forget something. Or give your food to someone else and then try to give it to you.

I go to the drive thru I order a filet o fish meal, a cone, and a hot fudge sundae. When I am handed the sundae, there is next to no fudge on it. So I ask if they can put some more on there. The drive-thru worker comes back with what is now the still not the normal amount of fudge and tells me, “Next time they will have to charge me for more fudge.” How about putting the right amount of fudge in the first place. The fries tasted …off. I get my filet of fish to find half a slice of cheese and next to no tartar sauce. I would recommend this location either retrain the entire crew, fire them and try again, or just close the location. Looking at the amount of negative reviews, I should have looked at that first, but it was closest to the airport, so I took a shot and lost. The food sucked and the employee/management attitude sucked. Won’t be back.
