I pull up to drive thru. You had guy teasing a girl thru the drive thru ordering. I buy triple beef burger med. 2 baconator meals med size. The two baconator burgers are the size of jr burgers, and had one piece of bacon on it. It cost me 40.25 for three meals. Two where kid sized. Trashy service and horrible costumer service. Thanks Dave you got a winner in marion ar.

I stopped in this Wendy’s today. I went to the ladies room first only to realize this store was very gross and unclean. Therefore I left. The restroom smelled horrible and there was trash all over the floor. There were no paper towels. The trash can was sitting out of its correct spot with no bag in it. The restaurant hadn’t even taken the chairs off the tables even tho the dining room was open. Don’t go here! Not for food! Not for a bathroom break!

I want to lower my numbers on this review this is my second time here in 2 weeks and I got the same {horrible} hamburger patty on a bacon Junior cheeseburger {the manager on duty was Janet}
I travel in the tri-state area and this is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to in my entire life I’m not sure what’s going on here but I hope other people are getting better service than I did! I was offered a remake on my sandwich as opposed to a refund!

Was driving through on my way to Missouri and they got my order wrong so I had to go back.
And they still made my order wrong. Would not recommend and definitely will be avoiding anytime I come through again.
Order was a Baconator with lettuce and tomato. And both times I got 3 burger patties with cheese and nothing else.

I went to this Wendy’s last night. This was absolutely the worst Wendy’s experience I have ever had. I ordered the Dave’s Double no cheese. The meat was old and burned. And I had cheese on my sandwich. They didn’t put lettuce, or onions on my burger. My wife ordered the Big Bacon Classic. Her meat she said seemed old and burned as well. I spent $30.00 on my food and ended up throwing it away because it wasn’t edible. Food costs too much for this kind of thing to happen. I normally check my food but I was exhausted after working a long day and I didn’t expect the level of disgust I was going to find in my bag.

They told my niece that she couldn’t take her severely autistic son into the women’s bathroom. What’s she supposed to do walk him in the men’s bathroom? He doesn’t even know the difference. He’s a disabled child that can’t do it by himself. I call discrimination on this. I’ll never step foot in there ever again.
