We have always loved Culver’s but what is happening with their cheeseburgers and buns?! We keep giving them chances but it’s been the same for the past 8 months. The bun is horrible and hard and stale and seems like it’s been frozen. The entire sandwich is cold and the cheese isn’t even melted. We won’t be going back anymore. We’ve told the management about this several times. They’ve been very nice but nothing ever changes.

Paid $30 for a kids meal, deluxe basket and a small shake. Asked the server for a side of ranch. $.56 extra for that she says…. Ridiculous. They charge enough without nickel and diming for condiments. Then, daughter’s burger came out with pickles and ketchup instead of how she ordered it (and paying extra for mayo instead of ketchup) Sent it back and still waiting for replacement 15 mins later. Last time coming here. Major room for improvement and needing some policy changes.

Food Audit 2026
Yesterday we had some valid concerns and issues with the staff and management after raising the concerns we ask to speak to a general manager and the manager on duty took our name and number and told us that one of the owners by the name of Jason will be contacting us to assist with our concerns.

After speaking with Jason he assured us that he will be addressing our concerns with sincerity, I want to give Jason and his team 5stars for addressing our concerns in a timely manner , by responding in a timely manner this made it a win-win situation for everybody in a meaningful way thanks New Richmond Wisconsin Culver’s keep up the good work. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We just had an unfortunate experience here. We ordered two chicken sandwich baskets from an incredibly kind and enthusiastic employee. We requested large cheese curds with our baskets. Unfortunately, he accidentally hit the large fry button instead of cheese curds – an entirely normal human mistake. And so when fries came we brought them up and notified them. The employee felt terrible and apologized for the mistake multiple times – which we were not at all upset. What I am upset about is how the manager handled the situation. She was even more flustered and upset than the poor employee or us, which is the opposite of what I would expect from a manager. It was not a big deal. It was not busy at all. She did not apologize to us once and seemed more bothered than anyone else, which was so off-putting and frankly ruined our lunch. She admonished the worker for not “focusing” right in front of us after he had already apologized profusely which was entirely unnecessary and unprofessional. The entire situation left a bad taste in our mouth. I hope the employee is okay and that he knows we were not at all upset for this honest error. And I hope the manager learns to be more understanding and professional in future situations.

We waited at the New Richmond location forever to order at the drive through then forever to get our food. Food came out missing our fries. I have never had this bad of an experience at the Culver’s in Hudson.

I love Culver’s and bring my family here every time. This has to have been the worse service we have received. We had to show our receipt to prove that we ordered no cheese. They argued with us. Then my 6 year old went up to ask for extra ranch for $.50, they wouldn’t give him one because with tax is $.53. You will no longer have my family of 8 come to your location after spending more than $100. You lost a dedicated customer over $.03.

When I go into a drive through it’s because I don’t want to park my car. I can understand having to sit and wait a few minutes, that doesn’t bother me. But when you send me around the corner of your building where I have to park my car and back out of the spot to leave, I may as well just went inside. What’s the sense of the drive through at that point? Furthermore, that side of the building is directly in the sun. ZERO SHADE. So you sent me to cook in the sun while I wait for my food. INCREDIBLY DISRESPECTFUL SERVICE!

Edit 12/8/2025: My name is still not Brian. There’s no B in Ryan. Ryan doesn’t have the B sound anywhere in it. You lose another star for calling Brian for the umpteenth time. The next time you lose my business forever.

Genuinely this Culver’s location has always been ol reliable. Been here quite a few times and each time the service is always quick and polite, the inside of the restaurant has been clean and tidy, and the food has always been very consistent. Never had a screwed up order, burger come out looking like they’re ready for the commercial, and the pricing is fair. Dunno what more I could ask for from Fast Food.
