Came to this location once again just to see if things has changed but obviously that wasn’t the case any who it’s gotten worse this visit I come hey the drive thru I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese no pickles a large fries and a drink then order my lady and son some food we get to the window and everything was fine til I got home that’s when I had real big issue they lucky I didn’t report them because this is really ridiculous anyway I get home take a bite of my sandwich and it was hard to chew at this moment I stopped and checked the sandwich they cooked raw quarter pounder meat with the sheeting paper attached to it and made my sandwich with it I was sooo disappointed and disgusted then I went back up there to show the managers they told me it’s nothing they could do unless I have a receipt remind you I just left there not even 5 mins and there system can reprint receipts so I didn’t see what was the issue by the way the location i were referring to is Thomasville Randolph mc

I had a one dollar bill. I wanted to pay one dollar cash and the rest of my debt card. When I got my receipt , I looked at it and the one dollar cash wasn’t there. I told her and she used a key to open the drawer and give me a dollar. Mind you, she never opened the door to put my money in there.That’s what got my attention.

Open Christmas Day whereas other McDs nearby were not. Drive through only on xmas, even if you order for pickup in app. Drive through lanes were nuts but constantly moving. Fries warm but not piping hot, it’s fine. Props to cheerful enough staff dealing with the barrage of customers

I attempted the drive through and was ignored while three other cars were served. They were ready to take my order because they started talking to me as soon as I drove up. I ordered one McChicken biscuit and one McChicken mcgriddle. After being ghosted for a minute I asked “Hello?” No response for another 30 seconds. Another car drove up and they took that order. What is going on McDonald’s? I am trying the drive through because it needs to be fast. Don’t trap me for a terrible experience. Since there were no other cars in from of me I asked Hello again and then just left. Terrible.

First thing I wanna say is, absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. No wonder they are short staffed, the manager working there has a terrible attitude. The ONLY employee working the counter/grill/everything was super rude to all customers as well. I watched the manager yell at a customer(white male) because they wanted to charge their phone while they eat, she yelled at him and said only for 5 minutes cause he cant loiter.loitering. however, there’s another customer(of the same race as the manager) that has been sitting there charging his phone for at least an hour. Oh and they lady gave me an attitude because THEY are out of the sauce I ordered… if only there was a negative star option…

5/25/24 order #42 KS# 13 – Beware of this location I had went through the Drive-Thru to order 2 QTR pounders and a Large fry , upon arriving home and starting to eat my burger l notice some pink in the meat as I opened it and squished it turns out it was RAW & WAY UNDERCOOKED ! The full patty , I called the location and asked for a manager a male picked up and stated he was the manager I proceeded to explain the situation and he was being very standoffish and annoyed of what I was telling him like if he didn’t have time to hear the situation (not quite sure why is he a manager ) then proceeded to say “ oh well I can’t do nothing for you if you have already started eating the food. Point being at this point I don’t want a refund or replacement food but action should be taken considering they are serving raw undercook meat which is very dangerous and a HEALTH HAZARD !

This by far has to be the worse McDonald’s besides the Kernersville location. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but once again they’re just not worth it. The food is absolutely disgusting and sloppiness is the only way they know how to make it. The bread is old and stale and the fries are always cold or undercooked. If you don’t believe me then I dare you to order anything from the store and I promise you that you will understand what I’m saying. I’m Done! Just disappointed and disgusted by the so called food. I should have taken a picture but I threw that mess away instead because I was so disappointed. I’ve been sick on the stomach all week from digesting that stuff. Eat at your own risk!
