Why is there a ton of salt on all of the pizza not just the edges. My kids wanted this and was excited to trying it. They all grabbed a piece and immediately spit it out. Waste of money. And the edges wasn’t even hard enough to hold the pizza right. Do not try the stuff pretzel pizza. U will hate it

There’s almost always an issue picking up my order. I typically order ahead because the line is always out the door. They notify me that my order is ready in the app. Then inside the store they say it’s not ready and I have to wait another 15-20 minutes or more, at least. Basically, despite indicating on the app that it’s done, they hadn’t even started preparing it yet. They either don’t have enough people working, or more customers than they can serve. Often times part of the pizza is dryed out where the cheese and sauce was very minimal. It’s just becomes hard, inedible portions of several slices.

I went here to get pizza for my kids since I hadn’t cooked dinner yet. I went in and not one person who worked there, spoke a word to me. And I waited at the counter for about 5 minutes before being assisted. They now seem to utilize the waiting system with the buzzer which means you’ll get a buzz when your food is ready. But other than that, the pizza was hot and ready to go in about 10 minutes!

Went home to find my pizza like this. Was able to lift the pep in the air and it all stay together. It was rock solid. The worker told another employee that is must have been left since the day before. The only replace the pep and they should have done more. Especially having to drive 10 mins back to get a new one. Worst place

Long wait, even though I called the order in. For whatever reason, the online order options didn’t allow for pickup, so I called. I’m thankful that they answered because by the time I got there, they seemed very understaffed. I ended up getting a cheese pizza instead of the Twix brownies, but they did get my Slices n Sticks and Crazy Bread. The Crazy Bread seemed a bit dry, but had okay flavor.

This location is jumping and I understand why. As I embarked on this establishment I saw many people walk in and out. They are fast, cheap, and good. Their service is superb and the pizza was perfect and delicious. This is a great spot to visit if you are hungry low 9n cash and waste quality and quantity. The pizza is decent sized and only 5 bux hot and ready. Pizza pizza!

I was at this location in Whitehall. The Staff was very rude. The girl hung up on me when I asked was there a manger in.. she said no. I said when would your manger be in. She said IDK. So I’m like I have a return is there anyone there to handle this. she said no and hung up on me.. The pizza was so greasy it was dripping off the bottom of the pizza. I have had mainly good experiences here. A few times I had someone who was not the most pleasant but never anyone flat out rude. I do expect to wait a little longer at busy times. If you go when it is not busy it is very quick and easy. During busy times customers need to understand they are doing the best they can with the amount of orders and sometimes unkind, impatient customers that they have to encounter. The food is consistent, I always get the same quality and quantity of pizza. I happen to think the pretzel pizza is AMAZING and one of my favorites. I would definitely recommend it. The one negative thing I will say is that it is extremely difficult to place an order by phone. Again, the amount of calls coming into that location I am sure is high but it has taken me longer to get my order put in then it took to get the pizza….and yes I understand there is an app and yes I have used it, the app is great, you can order, pay, and pick up without any human interaction but I prefer to call in my order. Just my personal preference.
