First of all Tabina (Manager) need to check herself , and learn customer service.. I ordered 3 piece tender meal made to order. I was advised it would take 6mins to make the tenders… I was outside waiting for 20mins. When I went inside.. they were working on the drive through food.. hadn’t even dropped my meal yet… after 20mins. She asked did I want a refund back for tenders only.. I advise her that I didn’t get tender meal or 6pc nuggets… only drinks. This “manager” says “bring the drinks back in , and I’ll give you refund .” I agreed.. but for you to ask for a drink I had for 20mins back after not rendering me services I paid for is diabolical and unprofessional. Mind you see never said sorry, no eye contact, no nothing.. and everyone looked unhygienic.. do better!

First, when you walk in the place the door is totally broken so slams behind you violently almost…. then it’s filthy inside and the attitudes of the workers are just terrible there. Today I had to do an order for DoorDash to deliver and I rode my e-bike all the way there and went to go pick it up and someone had already picked it up but not for the customer! Someone probably stole it and they wouldn’t remake it for me boo! So the customer didn’t get their food and I didn’t get paid. … Not cool Wendy’s in St Petersburg Florida!

The worst. I placed a mobile order that included Frosties. After a 10 minute wait they gave me my order without the Frosties. They said the ice cream machine was broken. I said I had paid for two Frosties. No refund was offered. This isn’t the first problem I’ve had with this place. Don’t waste your money here. This place sucks.

3 rd time I orderred Uber eats delivery from here and once again they let me down! My order was half missing, paid 11$ for a cobb salad and it was missing! Paid for a chilly and it was missing ! The items never arrived. Extremely upset . I paid $30 for a cheeseburger and 10 pc nugget. Complete total rip off! Not ordering from this chain again!!! Don’t make the same mistake I did! Look out. 10:20 PM and they tell me they don’t have Frosty? It was the second Wendy’s that told me that, and what I think is happening is that they don’t want to work. Either they replace the staff with people who actually do a good job, or this franchise is really going to go bankrupt.

I pulled into this Wendy’s on Monday and I went to the drive-through and I only ordered one regular hamburger just one hamburger, not even a cheeseburger. I had my own drink and everything with me. I got to the window to pay for it and the lady at the window said it was $6.75 and I told her to forget it but I just needed to let you guys know cause that was her final deal she wasn’t gonna ask anybody she wasn’t gonna do nothing. She said that’s the price and that’s the price.

Well today the eggs were great!
Egg bacon biscuit + 2 egg side for $1.50 more which is 1/2 price of McDonald’s
Yesterday though a bit hard so idk.
I like the ChiveTV it’s just some low key electronic in the background with text only news etc. It’s fast food but the best I’m aware of. I just try to steer clear of the frying seed oils and less processed options.
Actually I like the manager here she’s no nonsense and allot of homeless come through so that’s extra to deal with.
Just ask for the bathroom key and don’t get high in there yo!

I went to get the new Saucy Nuggs . They were dry like the regular nuggets. They forgot the blue cheese for dipping , don’t know how that happened when it was not busy. But the Dave’s double was good besides the wilted lettuce but I think that happened because the burger was hot, so can’t really blame them for that.
My 2 stars are mainly because of the Saucy Nuggs
