I always tip even when ordering take out. But we ordered hash browns on one of the breakfast meals and they added cheese when it wasn’t asked. We also didn’t get any utensils for our food. If you get take out and it’s not specific they should ask if we want utensils or just put them in there Incase we do. Who wants their take out food without a fork? We can do better. Especially with such high prices on food.

We stopped in for dinner and were lucky to have Jasmine as our server. From start to finish, she was friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. She also took the time to explain how to use the Denny’s app “welcome offer” promotion, which was genuinely helpful.
Food was good too, whoever was back there today cooked everything well. After not so great experiences elsewhere it’s nice to know a place where they can cook a steak.
Between the great food and excellent service, we’ll definitely be coming back. Five stars, no question.

The Keyser, WV Denny’s was excellent. The waitress was very friendly and she kept coming back to check on us to see if we needed anything. The food was very good and hot. I would highly recommend.

So grateful for the unexpected gracious attitude & disposition of our server! She was so positive & bright w a wonderful “appreciation” for the opportunity to offer an above average Denny’s experience to her customers! (We could see it wasn’t just our table)
Her service was SO exceptional, that even my 2 teenage sons independently made a comment about how “good” she was (probably the first time they ever had an opinion on making sure the “TIP” was significant enough )
Plz reward in any way possible ANY employees that can keep THAT kind of attitude in today’s climate!!

It wasn’t terrible. Extenuating circumstances, Busy day after Xmas, food took a while,, service was slow but very friendly. Nice people. If you’re okay with Dennys food you’ll like this one

Ordered a single burger and fries. The burger was smashed up in small pieces, falling out of the bun–not really a burger at all. Only held together somewhat by the cheese. I called it to the attention of our server, who didn’t think there was a problem. At my request she sent over the manager who explained that it is the way they cook their burgers. Offered to recook or take off bill, but refused to acknowledge that it is not a proper way to serve a burger.
He was also very rude, accusing me of being disrespectful to the server and himself, which I was definitely not. I guess it’s disrespectful now to call out sloppy cooking. SMH

My mom and I went to Denny’s. We both ordered the fish and fries meal. The fish wasn’t cooked, the broccoli was ice cold. An upcharge on extra tartar sauce! You got to be kidding me!!!! We couldn’t complain because the waitress only came back to give us the bill and left again. From now on, I’ll take my business somewhere else.

Slow service. Show up at lunchtime if you want dinner. Wasn’t that busy. Screaming kids in my ear for an hour. Plenty of other seats were available. Won’t be back anytime soon
