Tuesday January 20, 2026 was my mother’s 57th birthday. We came there with the expectation that the food would be good, she would get a birthday song, maybe a birthday dessert from her prior experience at this location, but none of that was the case. This was my first and maybe last time coming to this location. I just want to say I love Chili’s, and the locations in Florida would NEVER! Anyways we got sat down ok, got our drinks, I had water. I should have known that the food was going to have something wrong with it if the water quality was horrible. We spent almost 80$ plus left a 10$ for my food to be served to me raw, half filled egg rolls and tough, ill proportioned chicken crispers and dry salads! When my mother asked could she have her birthday song done, our waitress told her that everyone left ( mind you it was only 8pm) they closed at 10pm. Did even at least wish her a Happy Birthday or try to apologize or say well since it’s not many people I’ll see about a birthday dessert for you. I mean as a former waitress and just a customer service standpoint that’s the least you could do. But after multiple things being wrong with my order. I was over it and didn’t have much of an appetite after consuming a raw slider and consuming old tasting egg rolls. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chili’s restaurant.

We were a party of 10 eating on a Saturday night before Christmas lights. Our wait for a table was a quick 20 minutes. Shay was our server and she was so great! Very attentive. The crew helping her was fast. Our food was correct and hot. Zero complaints!

From a to Z real quick….. it was horrible. We came in as a party of 15. “Z” was our server. She was horrible. I don’t care if she was having a bad night. She treated my family like trash. We were celebrating 2 birthdays and we decided to go to Chili’s. Why? I don’t know. To be treated the way we were treated was unheard of. She didn’t care about us or getting a tip. She started off on the wrong foot. From the way she approached the table to how she took our orders. Drinks took forever. Food took forever. Most of the food died in the window. And they still had the audacity to bring the cold food to the table. Server was trash. Her help was trash. No teamwork. I used to be a server. I know how it can be. No excuses for how we were treated. The manager on duty, he had to comp the entire table except for alcohol. Someone should have lost their job behind that or at least get more training. It was a big ticket and a lot of money. I think the fact that she saw a group of 15 black people and decided that she was not going to get a good tip.The sad thing is, she is black, too. And we ALWAYS tip good when we go out as a family to eat or celebrate anything. It was not a good experience.

I’ve had problems at this location more times than I haven’t. It takes forever to get food, except the last time we went, it was quick. But this time I was charged $11 to substitute crispy chicken in place of grilled on my wife’s southwest bowl. When we told them, the best they could offer was $6.99 kid’s price instead. $7 to substitute crispy chicken for grilled is crazy. Won’t be back.

I came here for lunch with my mom and step dad. Drinks were great, food was good and fresh. My stepdad Mac and cheese was cold. The server didn’t seem to excited to be there. Not rude just uninterested.

We went to Chili’s during the Monday evening dining hours, our experience was very bland. The environment was very dry and there was no music playing and it had really looked as if the restaurant was dying. Servers were trying their best to keep up with the few tables they did have, it seemed as the kitchen was backed up. Probably not going to come back for dine in anytime soon. All pictures dishes were from the “revamped” 3 for me menu.

I’ve never had a problem with dining in before. The service was great from when I walked in. The hostess was very friendly and greeted everyone with a smile and the server I had was friendly. My food came out pretty fast as well.

My server PJ was amazing! He was super attentive without hovering. Funny, outgoing, and really on top of everything. I will definitely be asking for him again next time. Great service makes the food taste better and he proved it:)

I order online spend 60 dollars. Drove from brookland to Jonesboro picked it up drove back home to brookland we was short a entrée. I called them they said it was there just not got put in the bag that I could come back in get it. I told them I was in brookland but I wanting b the remade so they would br flesh they had to go ask of they could do that they told me it would be 10 minutes would that be ok I said because it would take me that long to get there. BELIEVE ME THEY GIVE ME THE OLD ONES THEY DID NOT REMAKE THEM IT WAS LIKE THEY TOOK THEM OUT OF THE REFRIGERATOR . I WILL BE CALLING THE HEATH DEPARTMENT MONDAY MORNING. HAVE NOT EAT THERE SINCE 2021 AND WILL NOT GO BACK AGAIN
