Ordered a pizza here about a year ago, it was dry with very little cheese. Not our usual go to pizza but we gave it a try. Tonight we gave it another shot. Terrible pizza, same as last time. However, this time we called to speak with a manager. The person answering the phone put us on hold, came back and said the manager was too busy, but asked for our number and what we wanted. We said it was regarding an order. They never called back, big surprise. Needless to say, poor leadership usually equals poor food and service. Leaving a photo of the pizza – cheese around the outside only, almost no pepperoni, and dry in the center. Only ate the two outside pieces because we were starving.

As someone that comes here once a week, we will NEVER be back. Now I see why people choose chain restaurants instead of family owned. Both our meals were terrible. I took two bites of my pizza roll and flipped it over to realize it was burnt which is why it tasted terrible. They blamed their ovens and instead of taking it off the bill they took $2 dollars off. On top of that, the pasta dish was disgusting and my boyfriend did not even take more than one bite of it and they made us pay half price for it. They never offered to remake or anything. The server was very kind but from what it sounds like management does not care about whether or not guests leave happy and do not care if guests return. We will not be back. Our weekly pizza visits are now over due to terrible customer care. As a server, I would never let any guest leave unhappy and would advocate for guests to my manager. Management should be extremely embarrassed.

The food is inconsistent ranging from very good to very bad. In the event that you have an issue with your order you can expect poor customer service. I’ve had burnt jalapeño poppers, burnt pizza, overly thin pizza and bread where it is basically a cracker and it shatters when you try to bite into it. Frequently gave me pizza with the wrong toppings and when I called they wouldn’t even let me speak with a manager because “they would have to walk too far” to get them. Buyer beware, Vitos on Fort St. doesn’t take care of their regular customers and doesn’t care about giving you what you paid for or if you’re even satisfied with any part of the transaction. Attached you can see pizza with literally no sauce, burnt thin cheese bread and overcooked dry jalapeño poppers.

Have been going here for years and sorry to say they have really gone downhill with their food. Pizza was always excellent. Now it’s hardly any toppings and usually way undercooked. My husband ordered shrimp fettuccine. Had a few shrimp and a ton of noodles with very heavy, pasty sauce. No flavor. He didn’t even eat more than a couple bites. French onion soup served with it was a bowl of mashed up bread with cheese. No broth. Sad to see another long time business go bad.

Went out for dinner with the family happened to be in our hometown area and figured we would try their pizza night and they charged us $10 for TAP WATER and $2 for a to-go box. I’m sorry… what?? No mention of this when we ordered just here’s your bill with $12 of extra charges. Definitely won’t be back.

We ordered pizza, pepperoni pinwheels, salad and bread sticks. Everything was excellent, especially the pinwheels! But I can’t give 3, 4, or 5 stars for a pizza that has canned mushrooms on it.
It’s 2023 and fresh mushrooms aren’t expensive. I would think that claims to offer “traditional pies” would not use canned mushrooms. No excuses, and disappointed

The antipasto salad was delicious too! We had to use our own dressing since the “Italian dressing that is provided it what you would expect to get from Gordon’s food supply out of a jug, cheap.

I’ve been here twice and it is not a bad place for a little get together for maybe like a birthday or something because they do have some big orders and a few games for the kids. They have a decent section for little events on one side of the building so that way you don’t have to worry about people just seating their selves in your area. The fries are alright but the pizza was kind of just falling apart and not in a great way… Our waitress was the same waitress as the last time though and she is always on point.
