This would have been a terrible review if it wasn’t for their excellent customer service. I came through the drive thru and order a English Breakfast latte and received a Earl Grey Latte. By the time I realized I was already home, so I drive back with a composed state of mind and informed the barista so they can be more careful or maybe learn the difference between a English breakfast latte and London fog. The employees were cool enough to change my order and give me the London fog. They didnt even question what was inside my cup or cared to inspect it. What I really enjoyed about this place is I didnt receive attitude or was ask a million questions. Excellent service! Keep it up!

Been on this drive thru for 48 minutes now and still got three cars ahead of me, there were only 7 cars when I got here, the amount of time I have to wait for my precious coffee is ridiculous, Gas prices are expensive!!!!! Good thing I’m not on my way to work otherwise it would’ve been a lot worse.

I order a hot venti and I receive a ice coffe on a hot cup like someone order it for 2 hrs ago and wasn’t pick up or they put it on the fridge this is dishonest and un respectful even if I get it on drive thru on a tray with my other drinks they think I won’t feel it before leave? Just because the area it’s terrible doesn’t mean that Starbucks permits that their franchise name can be corrupt for this really bad staff I am a gold customer who travel and consume Starbucks everywhere I going and expect to be treat with respect and receive my drinks right

Honestly , today the service was great!
Usually there is more girls there working and they don’t focus nor have great service.the orders take forever to prepare.
But today was a game changer, majority were men and they were on top of their game.
Focused and doing their jobs , drinks and food were flying out quickly they were so attended to customers.
Please keep this environment and service

They take way to long, I made a mobile order and it took 25 minutes to get my order. Decide to give them a second chance, because the first time they were kinda busy, so I figured the second time It wouldn’t take to long, I was wrong.
