My wife and I had a late night takeout order dinner from this Wok to Walk. It consisted of one Chicken Teriyaki and one Beef Steak Udon. The service was very quick and the food was delicious.

I randomly stopped by this place and ordered the chicken teriyaki. Halfway through eating, I found a dead bee in my food. And no, it wasn’t like it just flew in and landed there. It looked like it had been marinated and cooked along with the dish, crisped right into the sauce. Completely disgusting. I threw away the entire meal. Wish I had checked the google reviews before walking in.

The restaurant’s door is open for ventilation, which makes it rather chilly. However, the service is excellent. The food was made unacceptably salty and we asked for it to be remade with a new sauce, and they did it with no hesitation. The food was a little bit on the pricier side but it’s NYC.

I normally love the food and the atmosphere. However the person who sets up the food touched shrimp and then all of the other food items with the same gloves. I understand you can only control cross contamination so much but if you’re allergic to shellfish, I suggest you don’t eat here as there’s no guarantee they’ll even try to keep it separate.

I went to wok to walk today march 7th 2026 at 3pm there was a young Mexican girl as cashier & a young Mexican guy as the cook. Every time I go there it’s always a different price & I always order the same thing! I asked if I can get my food in a bowl she said yea. I order rice with broccoli & egg & a little bit of steak. She asked me if I wanted cabbage I told her no. The young guy gives me my food and it’s in the white container I told him that I was supposed to get the bowl I told the girl. (She wasn’t in front any more) he acted like he didn’t understand what I was saying. So I just grabbed my food and left because I had to get back to work. I’m opening my food to eat and of course I didn’t get what I asked for they put all types of cabbage, Carrots and veggies. There was a lot of water at the bottom of my container. My eggs were burnt in my rice my rice was mushy from all the water he left in my food it was just nasty I threw it in the garbage! I’m so disappointed ! Very upset ! My meal was 15.51 and it was garbage! They made my food very careless I’m 8 months pregnant! I was very upset that I had to throw my food away because it was made carelessly! And this isn’t the first time there was water in my food when I ordered from here! I order about 2 other times and there was water at the bottom of my container. Those times I went like around 5pm An older Mexican guy had made my food. I’m literally never going here again! It wasn’t worth it at all I’m very upset the way my food came out ! I didn’t get a receipt!!!!!! & I threw it away I would’ve went back but I walked a couple blocks from my job to get there it would’ve took more time for me to walk back. But I will never order from there again this was the last straw with them.!.

I recommend people to go somewhere else. Not worth eating here. Not only is the food expensive, but the servers do not wear gloves when touching your food and that’s what happen to me. Very gross. Had to throw the food out, due to that as well as finding bugs in my friends food (picture attached). Disgusting place. I’m surprised there still open… GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The food was OK and the price is fairly cheap but it tastes like they use premade chicken. Service is OK. atmosphere it’s OK.. the chairs are small and the door didn’t close allowing cold air from outside to come in. It’s just a tiny restaurant I wouldn’t bring more than 2 people with me. They served our food pretty quickly. Wouldn’t go back or recommend. They were open late night.
