We focus on providing a family friendly, entertaining, social environment. Our cuisine is focused on Cajun Creole but we also server American Cuisine. You can find something for everyone on our menu from Gator Po Boy and Crawfish dip to burgers, chicken tenders and Ribeyes. We love what we do and we love meeting new folks from all over. Stop in and say hello. Our U shaped bar seats 20 people. We also have private party rooms that seat up to 120 guest.

The place is beautiful. I love all of the bright lights and decoration. They have a conference room and a party room that looks spacious. Their menu is unique and has lots of good choices. They have Taco Thursday with lots of yummy taco choices. My son loved his burger and fries. Staff was very friendly. Would recommend.

I’ve driven by the big restaurant nestled up on the hill, but I had never tried it. My friend invited me to meet there and I was really impressed! The decor was fun and festive. It was a cold, rainy night, but I saw and impressive outdoor area! Can’t wait to come back when it’s warmer weather.
We sat at the bar and had a beer. Order Boudin Balls and they were absolutely fantastic. The sauce was SOOO good. I also tried the smothered blackened fish and it was an explosion of flavor!
I’m definitely a new fan of Taytro’s. Looking forward to another visit soon…

I visited here today. the service was wonderful, our server was fantastic and she is definitely not the reason for the rating. The atmosphere and experience was great as well. The food however was very mediocre, the rice was bland, my brothers chicken was sub par. I don’t know if I would pay to come here again, but it was overall a decent experience.

Wow, it’s a great place to eat and relax . I was there early about 4:30, not crowded at all. However, LIVE music every night around 6. My server was fantastic, and that would have been worth the stop alone. The food and dessert were outstanding, worth the price. No bad at all. I highly recommend trying this stop if you’re in the area.

Had the smothered fried catfish for my entree and all the food was absolutely flavorful and delicious! The service was fast too not waiting long for our food.

This is probably a 4-star place but given their location they get bumped up to the full 5-stars in my book. I was here for a business lunch so I couldn’t really take pictures of my food so the “thousand words” will have to do. Maybe less.
Appetizer: gator bites. What about Anywhere, MO says to order the gator? Probably nothing but the waitress called that out as one of their most popular appetizers so off we went. They arrived piping hot and were nicely cooked. The cornmeal-based breading had a nice crunch to it and was slightly peppery. The gator meat was tender, juicy and tasted like chicken…at least that’s what we told the guy at the table who had never tried gator in order to get him to give it a whirl. They included a chipotle remoulade sauce on the side and it was a great match for this app.
Salad: I’m trying to eat more healthily again so I ordered the side salad instead of fries. It was big, fresh and delicious. Their house-made poppyseed dressing is not to be missed. Also the waitress’ suggestion.
Lunch: ribeye steak sandwich with cheese. So much for healthy but damn good! They cooked the steak medium-rare as requested, set it on a toasted po-boy bun and added additional yumminess that I’m pretty sure was a garlic aioli. Not surprisingly, this was also a recommendation from the waitress and one of the best steak sandwiches I’ve had in recent memory.
Service: flawless!

A nice place to dine in. Foods are delish! People are so nice. Even the owner is so hands-on, helping the time where there since they are lack of people to work. And we’re glad we decided to wait even it’s 45mins cause listening a live music time flies fast! And that is our first time in this place. We love to go back again.

In a busy Thursday night we were able to sit down right away. The wait staff was excellent, quick to order, kind, and checking in to make sure everything was going well. We weren’t there on love music night, but we want to go back. Prices were reasonable, food was full of flavor, and both meals were hot from the kitchen. I can’t believe I haven’t heard of this place before tonight. % recommend!
