Ordered a chocolate shake, drive though line was not busy but it was at a standstill. When I finally got the shake it was liquid soup. I thought because it was such a long wait between ordering and when it was made so I asked for it to be re-made and the response was “we just re-filled it so it comes out like that.” My question is why even offer it as an option then. I’ve never asked for a refund in the drive through so it was a first for me but that took a long time as well. Just an absolute horrible experience. I’d rather be told the lie from McDonalds that their machine is down vs being served what i got.

$40 for a 4pc jalepeno and 2 burgers when I called in, they told me just to complain through the app because that’s how I ordered I was only given a $15 credit awful nothing was even correct on the order. It was supposed to be a large and a small jalapeño bite a smokehouse whopper and a junior one we got a bacon whopper, a junior whopper, and a four piece jalapeño. This is the only Burger King that I’ve ever been to where you gotta wait like 20 minutes to get a hamburger. So when you order through the drive-through you go up to the window will you pay and you sit there for five minutes? Nobody comes to the window if you dare to pull up to the next window, then someone pops her head out and call you back. So when you do reverse back, pay the person at the first window then they tell you to wait because your food’s not ready then you could pull up to the next window so when you pull up to the next window, there is jam and stuff under your car. And if you ever order something customize, God forbid a biscuit without egg. It’s gonna come with egg Guaranteed I’ve Head numerous workers give me attitude today was my final and last visit to this Burger King. I will drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to another Burger King then to go to this one.

Food sits in the stall waiting to be bagged cashier girl on her phone manager in drive-thru talking to employees food sat for 2mins before I had to ask them to bag my food so I can leave. Unbelievable this is normal for this location.
