Love Starbucks, once if the very few places where you can get white chocolate mocha ❤️. All their coffee/drinks are always fresh hot and delicious. Starbucks coffee (espresso) in my case, tastes like swamp water. A caramel macchiato from McDonalds actually tastes way better. I don’t understand how they charge so much for sub par espresso and coffee? Plus they don’t do buy 1 get 1 coupons like BIGGBY does! Biggby also gives you a free drink after 12 purchases where it would take 20 macchiato’s at $10 each at Starbucks to earn 200 stars for a free specialty drink! Shame on Starbucks for being so greedy and not even having good coffee! Take your money to Biggby and get 2 drinks for what you pay here, plus it will taste 100% BETTER

This location must have hired a bunch or new employees because recently it’s gone downhill. Had to ask them to remake our order twice just for them to continue to make it wrong a third time. It was basically milky coffee in size tall when we paid for grande… We should’ve just asked for our money back smh.

Ordered on line but took forever because only one employee is making drinks while 2 people clean. Very poor customer service! You should process your orders first!

I drive out of my way to come to this location on my way to work 1-2 times per week. The people at the drive thru are always so friendly and welcoming. Today my drinks were not as they usually are. Spending $6 or more dollars on the same drink for them to not be the same is disappointing. The photo clearly shows they are not filled to the same level which doesn’t make sense when you’re following recipe.
