I wasn’t expecting to get a Whopper and the video board caught my eye and I believe it was the Western steakhouse Whopper that ended up going with with onion rings and a special sauce and it was very delicious. I like the fact that you don’t always have to get fries. So I went with engine rings and the zesty sauce which I highly recommend for the onion rings gives a little bit twist and regular ketchup but the service was quick fast. What more can you ask for at a restaurant? It was clean and tidy and they were emptying the trash while I was there so I know they were on top of it.

Ordered online pickup and it was 3 kids meals and a burger with 3 drinks and 4 ice cream cones…. they handed me all 4 cones FIRST and then had me pull in front store brought order out 15/20 minutes later while all the ice creams melted all over my seat seats…. fine if order going take longer but why hand out ice cream when so hot when know going have wait on the rest.

One was wrong went back around and was met with such hate by what I’m pretty sure is the manager.
She actually made me cry because it’s not even noon yet and she was being so hateful.
I ended up just driving off because I didn’t want to talk to this mean woman anymore.

I went there and ordered a chocolate shake paid for it but did not receive one due to their machine not working I was told by the lady that the money would be refunded back on my card she proceeded to tell me that it could take up to 10 days and definitely not anything over the holiday weekend when I told her that it should automatically go back on my card gave them the benefit of the doubt a whole week went by before I went up there today and ask to speak to a manager I believe his name is Aaron if I remember correctly but I never expected to have to deal with it totally hassle-free I explained everything he knew what I was talking about I showed him my bank statement the other guy there he remembered me from the week before Aaron refunded my money he also told me he knows how chime works my bank account cuz he’s had it for 10 years and it should have already been on there I was issued a refund promptly and I totally never expected it to be as hassle-free as it was his attitude was great is customer skills is great and he totally made the situation a lot better by just his attitude and the way he handled it promptly the man deserves a raise and a promotion and the lady that claimed to be a manager needs to be retrained on her job and how to address issues like that

Took my son yesterday the food was done before I could even sit down fresh and hot the only thing bad was all the employees talking about beating up someone they had road rage with cussing like sailors but other than that great service

Most tables were dirty drink fountains dirty out of medium drink lids while 3 employees hanging out in food prep area visiting with each other with little concern of the customers at lunch time at Ft Smith Towson Avenue
