I ordered 2 Oreo Blizzard’s, both of them were half vanilla with Oreos ONLY in the top two inches of the cup. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. Very disappointed I paid $7 for vanilla ice cream. Service- there was one high school kid behind the counter and as we drove away from the drive-thru, two other children employees were messing around by the soda. Just super disappointed with today’s work ethic. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Watched them give my drink away to the car infront. After paying and getting food they handed me a crappie made version of the drink. Gal knew it was a screw up not a big deal should’ve taken the time to PROPERLY make the drink not just throw it together and call it good. Car infront got a free well made drink. I paid for mine and it was made crappy and as quickly as possible.
They ask you to follow up and nothing lol. Its automated system no one actually does anything with it.

Wish there was a ‘0 stars’ option, especially for Service. Ordered 2 kids meals, a salad and 3 piece chicken strips at 7 pm with just one other customer inside at that time. Received semi-warm food exactly 30 minutes later. But don’t worry, we received an EXPIRED coupon valid only at a DIFFERENT Dairy Queen location in a DIFFERENT state to make up for it. There are still a couple good Dairy Queens out there with quality food that doesn’t take longer to get than a sit-down restaurant, but this one in Horace, ND is DEFINITELY NOT one of them.

Literally sat with my wife and daughter for 35 minutes for burgers and chicken strips to finally get food for everything including the fries to be cold. Best part was is there were only 2 other orders in front of us that also took just as long. Wish I could give negative stars!!
Update: was given a single “coupon” for the inconvenience, which was expired and only valid in barnesville!! Absolutely amazing!

Worker Drayke was very kind to me. Burger was excellent, burger chef came out to personally how food was tasting. Drayke also charged me 6 million dollars for a blizzard on accident, but I personally would pay the price.

After I was done eating and needing to remove the grease off my delicate fingers, as I was passing by in the men’s restroom. I heard the upmost disturbing sound coming from one of the stalls. The sound of a man PLEASURING himself, actively and loudly. Quiet enough to not be heard from outside the bathroom but loud enough to be heard. Not only that but the soda machine was vile and sticky. The food was excellent but goodness gracious.

I live 2 minutes away from this location…and I had to run outside with a bowl and paper towels to help my husband clean up after driving the blizzards home. What happened to making the blizzards fresh and thick?? Disappointing, because usually we enjoy coming to this location. I hope management actually addresses and fixes the issues with the employees.

Service was relatively quick for ordering 4 blizzards and a slushy. Unfortunately, one of the blizzards was completely incorrect, even after they repeated the blizzards back to us, and one of the blizzards didn’t have any filling (it was a large royal). The slushy was also not well mixed. On another note, the staff seemed a little too comfortable laughing over the intercom while taking an order and messing around in the drive thru window. Orders would likely come out more quickly and correct if the staff was more professional.

We ordered 5 total items. 4 blizzards and 1 slush. I spent $32 and 2 of the 4 blizzards were wrong. One was ordered as a royal strawberry cheesecake. You pay more for this one. No strawberries at all. The second one was ordered as a Reese’s caramel craze blizzard. What we got was a s’more blizzard. How hard is it to make the correct order with so few things? The staff in the drive through were busy talking and laughing with each other instead of double checking orders.

I’m standing here waiting centuries for a shake & a blizzard. Kids come in here and mess around for 10 minutes at the front ordering their food. So we waited 10 minutes just to take our order. This conversation consisted of lots of giggling and conversations with other teenagers who I assume work here as well as they were walking in the back and grabbing food for themselves. This is disgusting. No wonder this place has nothing but bad reviews. On top of that my blizzard wasn’t correct. If i’m waiting another 5 minutes for my blizzard I expect it to be correct. Do something about this cause I think people across the world know this is a bad location to go to. The worst service all around.
