OMG can we take a moment to appreciate the bursts of flavor in their chili lime Caesar salad?!?! It’s soooo delicious. Get it with extra cheese, extra dressing and extra croutons. And some avocado. My absolute FAVE salad ever. And I love me some good salad. The restaurant is also super clean, staff are super nice, download the app to take advantage of their reward system, and enjoy!!

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE even on Tuesday after a holiday!!!
I came in asking for something that’s not even on the menu anymore. And Jeremy helped to recreate it and even suggested a second dressing! Even Lucas was helpful in making sure the dressing was fresh! Hailey greeted me and made sure that I was welcomed into the store while I was being indecisive. Nour made FRESH salmon for my to go order and suggested grains over cauliflower when I couldn’t decide. I normally travel to another Chopt but we are going to go out of our way anytime we are craving a grain or a bowl!

Ordered takeout and picked it up in-store. After a couple of bites of my wrap at home, I noticed a dark hair sticking out. When I pulled it, a long strand (about 5 inches) came out of the wrap. Absolutely disgusting. The store did refund me, and a representative later reached out with apologies and promised a gift card. It’s now been almost 1.5 months and I still haven’t received anything. Regardless, I couldn’t bring myself to return even if I did. This completely ruined my appetite and trust. I will not be back.

This is the best outside salad spot I have ever had and have now told everyone I know they MUST come and try. I love the different varieties of protein and greens too chose from bcuz some days Im so undecided and this gave me great options instead of having to go multiple place to get what I wanted. Can’t wait to go back.

The customer service was friendly & helpful, atmosphere was clean, the chicken cobb salad was okay. I make a better salad at home. It’s a whole bunch of lettuce , very little portion of meat-chicken for $15… I may be better off going to Chick-fil-A and get a decent salad and save myself about $5-6 in the future.

Very cool place. First time at this restaurant. Visiting from out of town. They were super friendly, and the salad was insanely good. I couldn’t finish this salad if I tried!! The portions are huge! I had the cobb salad with hot chicken. Very nicely done.

Caitlin was a great employee and helped me choose my new go to salad! The kale Caesar is super amazing and my go to, and Caitlin suggested my new favorite dressing. The mexican Caesar is honestly the most delicious thing I’ve tasted and I included chipotle chicken as well. I recommend you guys try this!! Excellent customer service, excellent food, and an amazing experience. Thanks to the crew, specifically Caitlin.

They took the time to make sure our orders were exactly right, answered questions patiently, and maintained a positive, upbeat attitude throughout the entire interaction.
