Decided to treat myself to some lunch from Burgerville while on a lunch break. I got 2 cheeseburgers in a meal for $22 and needless to say I am heavily disappointed. The prices have been high for some time and that’s not what bothered me the most, but the fact that I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and they didn’t even have patties on them! How does a mistake like this even get made?!? Absolutely ridiculous that this can even happen. Thoroughly disappointed to say the least.

the fact that they can source ingredients locally makes it better.
for fast food, it’s much better then mcdonald’s, and such.
you can taste that the ingridients are fresher and less processed for fast food.

For the double beef cheeseburger 17$ meal it was the worst burger i’ve ever purchased.
the bread was very stale
the patty was chard, stale and dry! barely any of the mayo and house sauce!!!
the seasonal truffle waffle fries tasted like old dirty oil!!!!
Even the peach tea tasted like flavored well water! also was told to park to wait for my order and i received 30minutes later on drive thru!!!!
i don’t like to leave reviews but i was so upset i threw out all of the meal and went to carl’s jr instead. for 5$ i got a burger double the size and fresh!
pls this isn’t up the hype! don’t waste your money!

I had the 1/4 lb “Northwest Cheeseburger” at the Hillsboro Oregon location, yesterday. If you’re wanting a (classic) cheese burger . . order this!
Definately, it was an above average cheeseburger . . and the meat in particular, tasted like a truly decent grade of beef compared to many other fast food burger places. I absolutely loved that the cheese was real Tillamook cheddar cheese instead of the fake, cheap, processed “American” cheese so often and widely used at so many places, now. The size and weight was beefy, too.
The restaurant was clean and appealing. The service, fast and friendly, in spite of the large group that just came in.

I hope BUGERVILLE is on the up-swing again. It has felt like the chain overall, had been on a slow downward trend for the last 30 years. Yesterday’s visit however, would strongly suggest that a revamp has recently been in the works.

Another drive through order wrong… honestly don’t know why we went back. Tonight I finally called and the manager told me to check all the sandwiches before I leave because they have “a bunch of teenagers working there and so mistakes will be made”… she made no attempt to correct their error but instead insinuated that it was my job as the consumer to check all the sandwiches – while sitting in the drive through line- in order to train her team when things go wrong. $60 for 3 meals and I have to check their work and train their team. We won’t go back.

Just awful. Basically zero quality control. I drive by this location everyday, and I wish it was good. So far awful every time. Given them 5 chances. The burgers are super bland, taste like they’re boiled. And at least 3 days old, probably why they drown the burgers in mayo and ketchup. Lettuce was wilted, Coke was mostly just soda water, fries were ok. I’d expect this if the burger meals were only like $6-7. But for $15?!?!? Shameful.

Such a solid burger spot! The food was juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly—exactly what you want from a great burger place. Shoutout to Javi, who was super helpful and gave us amazing recommendations. He made the whole experience even better with his knowledge and great attitude. Definitely coming back again!

Not talking negative but if I had known that it was going to be so pricey I would have gone to an actual restaurant. But then again all fast food is getting outrageously pricey.
