I actually work at this McDonald’s but I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone make my order this poorly. I ordered a large fry that was only filled about 3/4 of the way. I door dashed my order and it took McDonald’s a very long time to get my order ready. My burger was wrapped very poorly, my large frappe had such a small amount of whipped cream and barely any caramel sauce. They also forgot to put a straw in my bag which luckily I had some at home. Very disappointed

Food was hot and good. The fries weren’t really exactly filled for a large fry. But I’ve noticed all McDonald’s fill there fries the same for a large. I still give it 5. The employee at the drive through window was very welcoming.

Went through the drive through, and the employee greeted me and asked what she could get me, so I said what I wanted and waited for a response. Nothing. Then she says “sorry, I was helping someone else.” So, wouldn’t it be the right thing to have me wait instead of taking my order and proceeding to not even listen or take it? Then, I get my food and no greeting, no have a nice day, just silence. Completely rude experience all the way around.

I paid $30 this morning for two egg McMuffins two burritos and two sausage biscuits with cheese and the biscuits were so hard I can’t even chew them same way with the ends of the burritos that are just hard as crap the only thing good was the two hash browns I knew there was a reason why I did not the Mora store first time I’ve been in there and probably 2 years I did not realize the prices went up like that I will not be back they said they’d send me out a free meal we’ll see don’t hold out much hope on that my husband the only thing he gets from there is is chicken nuggets

The guy over the drive thru severely struggled to understand the order, wasn’t familiar with the menu, and still messed the order up. Food is ridiculously priced for dogfood quality. Food clearly was sitting under the warming light a while. My toddler wouldn’t even eat it it’s so bad now…

Stopped very late on a Friday night and ordered at the indoor self-serve kiosk. The employee that was out cleaning tables was very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are always clean here and never had any issues with drive-thru orders.
